I ordered a flower girl dress here.The dress is beautiful! Good quality. Fits my daughter perfectly, just need to check the size guide for the right measurements

This company showed a delivery date of October 2. Never received. Homecoming passed. Filed a dispute with my bank, shipped after bank gave me credit. Showed pictures of it being delivered and bank recharged me. Did not show the bank that it had only been shipped after they had to get involved and after I no longer needed the dress. Took back to FedEx and they told me to Return to Sender.
Bridelily said that was “not their receiving center” and I would not get a refund. Now they have the dress and my money.

DO NOT buy from this place. THIEVES!

The dress is super pretty and of very good quality. The fabric is thick and structured with little to no stretch at all.

I received the dress, the cups in bust area were positioned weird

Their customer service is horrible and slow to respond. They do not tell you upfront that they are based in China and you have to pay to ship anything back. Plus they deduct their shipping cost from the refund. I was offered a $160.00 refund on an order that was twice that much. They do give you an option of donating unwanted items to charity and they will give you a 70% refund.

A few days after purchasing the dress I received a message asking me when the event is so they can be sure that I On time and it arrived exactly on the date they gave me, I would buy something from them again

I ordered a prom dress in Bridelily.it fits nice. Generally I’d choose size 6 but the size 4 was a very good fit and hugs the body. I ordered this last minute and it arrived on time for my event

Bridelily return policy will only give you one-third of the cost of the dress back, plus you have to pay FedEx to ship back to China. Their customer service is non-existent. Paid $150 for a damaged dress that smelled and had hair on it and their customer service just gave me a return address after two weeks of emailing and calling. I might get $50 back if I am lucky.

I totally got ripped off! Ordered this dress for my wedding, messeged them after the requested date, they had asked the information when I needed it by, still asked me what date I need d it by. Just a run around, TOTALLY ripped me off never received a dress and now they tell me the problem is with the courier y t, the package was never received by the courier. I was ripped off and will probably never get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

This is the most amazing dress I’ve ever seen! The craftsmanship is beautiful, and they’ve thought of everything to make the dress fits like a dream. I really recommend doing the custom measurements. I got pictures when it was finished and the delivery time was surprisingly fast. Beautifully lined with fabric that is comfortable against the skin, sewn in bra and boned to ensure the structure and fit of the dress. Came with a petticoat as well. I will very much enjoy wearing this dress at prom! From the bottom of my heart, thank you!

I don't even want to give them 1 star....the dress I ordered looks nothing like the picture at all the dress they sent was so ugly and did not fit it was way to big and I even sent in custom measurements. I am so frustrated they were communicating with me about it and now that it is screwed up I can't get them to respond at all. I would not ever order from BrideLily unless you just don't care about what they send and if you just have money to THROW away. I have neither. I am so upset it has caused me to completely stress out about a day that is supposed to be a happy day I didn't have money to just waist and now I have to try and find a dress in 3 weeks. My advice does not order from them your better off doing it from AMAZON they will at least let you return it, and they are not that expensive!!!!!!!!!!

**Suit Review:**

I ordered a suit from this company, and I’d like to share my detailed experience. To start, the ordering process was frustrating. After making the payment, I received no updates for an extended period, leaving me in the dark for a significant amount of time. I ordered a forest green suit, but when the box finally arrived, the suit inside was gray instead.
To make matters worse, it took 30 days for the suit to be made, despite paying extra for expedited production date with a promised delivery by October 10th—yet it still arrived late and incorrect. This was a disappointing experience for a service that claims to be professional. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
