Ok but once you have won a little you can't win again. Also noticed when playing after a certain amount of time it comes up on the screen error you will have to reload game if you want to continue this is because thry know a big win is coming so they make you restart the game which is cheating and I will be reporting this to the UK gambling commission as I have a lot of screenshots from when this has happened.so hopefully they will be stopped from doing this.think I would have had a substantial win today but again the error came up right before the win .

Yes I had a small problem with my payment debit card but butlers bingo sorted it within 24 hrs I’m good to go again I do enjoy this site due to my disability I don’t get out much I find wins are ok and often very fair site to anyone looking for new games payouts are quick so above all this is a good site

Butler Bingo has absolutely effected and added to my ill health for last 4 weeks I have begged them showed proof of my stage 4 cervical cancer and legal document of identification and letters from Her Majesty Service basically Court official paperworks various ones which clearly identify who i am and all following documents
Council tax bill and council tax reminder council housing letters electric company and gas company Hsbc bank recent bank statement and card one money statemens house hold bills debt letters social security Scotland letters for adult disablity payments dwp and bank card photos and me hold my NationAl entitlement card has my photo and me holding it and my bus pass and now they want a birth certificate which they said I had order as don't have she said order of government website which costs 25 pound I am on benefits told them I made mistake I gambled before Xmas and immediately realised bad to do and got my 124 pound back and withdrew it said pending and asked why and it been we now need this id etc after me been with them near a year spend hundreds and when want withdraw I get made unwell and ran down and left without my money I explained all this and now I feel I have to get real advice from gaming laws as they not listening to advice I received from Citizens advice bureau and they were told dwp money was not to be withheld I spent it with them and immediately realise with in hour had take it back out exactly what I spent before I lost it again can anyone help me plz. Signed up deposited £10 and received bonus spins. 48 hour limit on bonus cash was wiped out as per T&Cs but also my cash balance. Customer service were useless. Account and app closed immediately be careful here

I have been a.member of this site since October 2025 deposited regularly. Never been asked for identification, use 2 cards on a regular basis to deposit. On Monday I won a large amount withdrew it i was then asked for I'd gave that over asked for bank card photos front and back sent over asked for bank statements sent over been questioned on totally unrelated deposits into my account explained those, asked for selfie holding passport, now there asking for bank statements for accounts I have no idea where they are getting the numbers from there not my accounts or linked to my butlers account. Absolutely disgusting ie read further down it's happened to several people. I will be taking this further has anyone successfully withdrew a large amount of.money?

I arrived here from Broadway gaming website who are the owners of butlers and many others like it such as glossy.
At the bottom of their website they claim to have a great rating on Trustpilot however they link to Butlers. If you want the truth of what this company is like then just search for that. Slippery how they don't link to their own trustpilot page!
Up until a couple of days ago I was a customer of butlers and glossy (sister sites) and I'm here to warn you about these sites and the parent company Broadway Gaming Ltd
Firstly as it stands the company have a pending withdrawal of mine for £7500. Over 48 hours I was allowed to make 60 deposits totalling £2000 with no stops in place, no identification requests just a generic safer gambling email from both sites as they clearly work under one system.
Then I got lucky and had a win. So I withdrew late afternoon. The following morning when withdrawals are processed between 9am - 6pm low and behold the demands for verification arrived which is a clear breach of the UKGC legislation making identification a condition of withdrawal and requesting it only on a withdrawal when it could have been requested before.
Driving license or passport
Selfie holding identification (should only be requested where fraud is suspected) if they suspected this then allowing 2000 to be deposited would be a bit strange. Also allowing a further deposit after the withdrawal was made.
Proof of address
Picture of the card used to deposit (I have a virtual card so could only take a picture of it on the app) this was not accepted so they asked for a bank statement showing the transactions to them with the card being used.
I provided all of the above reluctantly because it's crazy how these companies abuse the KYC to stall withdrawals.
I was told that if I provide this I'll be verified and payment would be processed yesterday. It was not. I was ignored all day until the end of the day where I was told it's taking longer than expected.
Looking into Broadway gaming you'll see this is something that they do quite often at sites such as these and where they can get away with not paying they do.
They've provided no details as to why apart from to meet their legal obligations, which is a lie because they should have done this before the withdrawal and the account should have been stopped if their was any suspicion of fraud or laundering. They still as of now even though I've asked twice have not told me why they are delaying or what is happening.
They are trying to stall and no doubt in my mind they are looking for another way to delay the withdrawal or wriggle out of it.
Now I'm sure looking at the reviews the customer support are all lovely but if we are going to be sensible about this that matters not if there is a chance you are scammed because that's what this is.
I've been playing online at many casinos for 15 years and I've never ever had this. Much more well known ones also. Imagine having the biggest single win you've ever had after losing 2000 leaving yourself skint (my fault I know) but then having this great win and thinking hooray finally only for this.
So be careful this is all the truth and I have the receipts and emails.
As of now I'm looking into small claims court, legal action, making a case to the UKGC, creating a press release for the media and spending my time looking at every last little corner of this bogus operation and rogue company. No stone will be left unturned. As I know by the way they are ignoring me and delaying that it's not coming anytime soon. So I'm preparing for this battle with them.
I'll be happy to return here and update this review if I ever receive my money but I'm not holding my breath, 2 nights of barely any sleep, skint, hours of researching and crazy stress....please don't risk it with this company.
