Dont book

Dont, DO NOT book with click2book! I decided to book a flight with them and I regret it so much, first off the price they show isnt real. They put it lower until you book . Then they call you back saying the return flight isn’t available anymore so you have to pick « another «  one but it’s way more expensive and nothing do to you jsut take it. Then I received my « tickets «  confirmation on email it seems legit… but it’s not ! 2 days before our trip I was checking our itinerary and I couldn’t log it with the reference number and all . So I called porter and they told me well there’s no such tickets under your name blabla… so I call click2book they say will call you back never did . So called back for refund. They told me 10 days… after a month I decided to call my bank and tell the police so please 🙏 don’t do this mistake. We lost our familiy Christmas vacation cause of them !

NEVER NEVER trust the prices they…

NEVER NEVER trust the prices they advertise. I made a reservation to book a flight on Jetcost application, after the reservation I an email from Click2book site and made a reservation . 5 minutes after I receive a call from click2book agent claiming that the fare is no longer available. They offered a flight that are significantly more expensive— over double the original price.
This company is misleading and dishonest—avoid booking through them.

ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL.
Click2book sold me a ticket for $978, then called asking me to reply “I confirm” to an email — without telling me they had increased the price to $1890.
They still charged $360 without clear authorization.
This is manipulation and completely dishonest.
I had to contact my bank to dispute the charge.
Stay far away from this agency.

I book a flight on their website…

I book a flight on their website through jetcost to say that i have to pay 2853.66 cent. No tickets received. I call them to say that the return flight is not confirmed and that i should pay 700 extra per person to confirm the order. I stay online for over two hours, asking for a cancellation but all they were doing is actually pushing me to take the flight which was initially showed at 2853 to take it at 4200sh. Be careful when booking with them.

It really is a scam

First, I went on trustpilot to see if Click2book is legit, it seemed to be since there is a lot of comments, but nope, all are fakes, look at all the one star comments.
Here are the problems you will encounter (I quickly canceled my credit card as soon as they said my ticket isn't available, and they added: the first flight is confirmed and paid though. It was a lie, because nothing appeared in my credit card yet) :

I got a call within 10 mins to say the flight is not available, they want $1700 extra.
So you are given an attractive price for a flight ticket, but you need to cancel ASAP your credit card. The plane ticket does not include any luggage.
Also, they will lie about their name, their location, my husband finally talked to a supposed manager, and he finally said that SINCE our credit card was not charged (they tried, I cancelled it in time), he could not do anything else and hung up.

Now they want to answer to this post as if I had bought the plane ticket, always the same answer without investigating the issue. Not the way to go to appease me.

Total scam !!!

Total scam! I booked my round-trip tickets on their website and received a confirmation email showing both my outbound and return flights. However, they later called me asking for additional information and told me that my return flight was no longer available.

They said I would now have to pay an extra $1,100 to keep my booking. When I asked for a refund, they claimed that my tickets were non-refundable. I refused to pay the extra amount, and as a result, I was left with one-way tickets only — for the same price I originally paid for a round trip.

There was no cooperation, no accountability, and terrible customer service throughout the process. This is completely unacceptable.

Avoid this company at all costs.

Do not book with them — you’ll regret it!
