When I went into the store I had good service. However I made it clear I wanted an horizontal radiator. The radiator which arrived had brackets for a vertical radiator. I have now had to pay for additional brackets as I was told I couldn’t just change the brackets.

Shockingly bad
My “Easy” Bathrooms, “Simply” Install experience was, from start to finish, quite simply the worst I’ve ever had. I would not recommend anyone use this shambles of a company. Sadly I can’t upload images of the installation here, but the workmanship was so bad a new fitter had to be appointed to fix it, leading to nearly three months of disruption.
Failure to replace damaged goods
The mirror we bought had a protective film on it, much like cabinets do. Understandably, we did not remove the film until the mirror was installed. However, the protective film was holding a broken corner in place. Customer services refused to replace the mirror because it had been installed. I don’t think this was reasonable in the circumstances.

BEWARE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - NEWBURY BRANCH
BUYERS BEWARE!!!! My partner and I went into the EASY bathroom branch in Newbury and had a look around. We were looking for a BLACK shower enclosure that had a wide sliding door with low threshold. After we had a look around, we found what we were looking for and the shower itself was on sale with a info plaque next to it. We went and asked for assistance just to double check measurements and other details. Following seeing it we took a catalogue and the staff turned the page over to the exact product and we said we would be back. We went back a few weeks later with a family member to show them as they were also helping us. About 2 weeks later that family member went back in to check more details due to this going into a house renovation. A week after that we went back into to order. Every time we went in, we showed them the shower and specified black.
We had also told them that we would need to know roughly a delivery date due to no one being at the site. We were not told we just got an email saying it couldn't be delivered despite we needed warning. Eventually a new delivery date was given where we took delivery of the shower..........
In the terns it says they WILL not take a return if the delivery is delivered and then opened.......The delivery guys brought it in and AS we thought NOTHING would be wrong as no damage to the box it would be ok and our BLACK shower would be fine..................
A few days later when a small bit of the box was opened it showed the screen was CLEARLY NOT BLACK. So as we had made a big thing of it being Black in the Newbury branch contacted them to be told as it had been signed for they WERE NOT responsible!!!! The First order form did not state a colour we were told that the code related to that colour. So after a lot of unnecessary calls and visits to the branch they then said they would contact their customer service centre to try and get sorted but kept stressing as it was signed for they may not be able to change
After a few weeks of us having to chase it was agreed that it would be picked up and a correct replacement would arrive...........Once again we told them we needed prior warning due to not being at the house, but an hour would be fine.... Days went by then ONCE again a emails advising we had missed the driver to pick up, like a Easy bathrooms complete circus with NO Organisation or communication. Eventually again after 20 emails advising pickup had been missed, we agreed a time...........The driver arrived from a different company and said oh no sorry we are not authorised to pick up something with that weight !!!! This happened a few times before they got it right however the driver saw it had been retaped and wasn't going to take but did in the end.
Eventually after the same as before failed delivery like the first time got what we hoped would be the correct one.........
So eventually opened and it was Gun metal Black which is more Grey then black however we have kept it as really cant be bothered with the hassle.
We have worked out what went wrong as the shop were not any help. The first frame Was Chrome we received was Classic chrome, we kept the one that was Gun metal Grey but assuming from looking at the plaque in store its the Neo Slate Grey Effect. THE SHOWER SURROUND WE WANTED AND SHOWED ALL THE STAFF WAS BLACK. We took pictures of it as well as the plaque.
All I can say is what a shambles of a company from the Newbury Branch to the Customer service to the delivery - BUYERS BEWARE!!!!

Poor delivery procedure
We were not informed in advance of the delivery time. The driver refused to bring the items into the property and left them on the road in the rain.
Wrong order but won't refund.
I ordered tiles for my kitchen, initially a lady estimated 6 boxes. However she advised that she hold the order until I needed them as I wouldn't be able to return any damaged ones outside their time limits. I agreed to this & rang back later to say I needed to complete the order. The lady was off on that day & I spoke to a man who calculated that I would need 16 boxes not 6. I picked the tiles up, the tiler did the job using 6 boxes. Even though I believe it was their mistake they won't take the tiles back so I'm stuck with 10 unopened boxes. Customer service is appalling, they don't want to know, beware, I won't be using them again.

The Rayleigh store is set out well you can find everything you need without having to go anywhere else.All the products are well made and of good quality.Also the staff are well trained and very polite and helpful.Would not hesitate to refer easy bathrooms to family and friends.
Very Happy
This review comes some 4 weeks after installation and we're pleased to say that everything is working as good as it looks. We took our time choosing what we wanted and Jack at the Wokingham Branch was great when we wanted to change some minor things. The Installation was managed by Emi and his team and the trades dovetailed well. Emi kept us informed of what was happening and who was turning up next to do the next stage. There were a couple of issues that came to light when removing the old bathroom but Emi soon had them sorted. The whole job took 10 working days, which we were told it would be. A week after installation, Emi gave us a courtesy visit to check that all was ok. Overall we're very happy.

Choosing a bathroom can be daunting, especially when ordering. Steve talked us through the process and ensured all the different components were ordered. He worked with us to ensure deliveries went smoothly and when we realised we had made a mistake the product was exchanged without any issues. We would definitely recommend Easy Bathrooms, they know what they are doing, easy!
