Very slow on packing orders

Very slow on packing orders, then shipping partial order and still waiting for a refund. Very disappointed.

From what I can see in the comments, a lot of people have similiar expiriences when item is not available they just ignore an order until you contact customer service about it.

We want to clarify that for orders containing (also) perfume samples, generally longer processing and delivery times are indicated in the checkout process. Avoid this company at all costs

Avoid this company at all costs. My experience with them has been nothing short of disgraceful: deceptive, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic customer service.

I placed an order on 22nd January and received zero communication for an entire month. No updates, no responses to my messages - nothing. After being ignored for weeks, I had no choice but to file a chargeback on 23rd February to recover my money.

Only after I took action did they finally respond on 24th February, casually informing me that one of my items was unavailable, something they should have told me weeks ago instead of silently holding onto my money while refusing to fulfil my order.

Despite their complete lack of accountability, I acted in good faith and retracted the chargeback immediately. Instead of acknowledging their failure, they had the audacity to play the victim, implying that I was in the wrong for issuing a chargeback, when they had ignored me for a month and kept my money without sending my order!

To make matters worse, they refused to release my parcel, claiming they had to wait for their payment provider’s confirmation - further punishing me for their incompetence. Then, when confronted about their lack of communication, they attempted to gaslight me, claiming they had responded all along when they clearly hadn’t.

This company operates with zero integrity, no respect for customers, and no sense of responsibility. They will take your money, ignore you, and then blame you when you try to hold them accountable.

Do yourself a favour and take your business elsewhere. I will never order from them again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before giving them a penny.

Bad customer service keep you waiting…

Bad customer service keep you waiting with their answers. If there is an original size item not in stock (but it was on stock at the time of ordering!!!!) they even not inform their customers about delay or missing item.
They do not care about the case that customers having plan to order and get a gift on New year. Simply do not care.
Samples have sticky label that unsticks very soon after arrival.

Order EN-254631-AT at Essenza Nobile

I placed an order for 157€ as a New Year’s gift and waited several days for the order to be processed. When I requested an invoice, they also failed to provide it. Then, I asked them for a link on their website with detailed information about order processing and delivery terms. Instead of answering, they canceled my order without any explanation. They didn’t send me an invoice or a credit note for the cancellation either. No documentation was provided at all, and they left me waiting for days only to cancel without a reason. Highly unprofessional and unreliable. Now, on top of everything, I’ll have to wait up to ten days to get my money back. I did not give my consent for the cancellation of the order, and their actions are unlawful, violating consumer protection rights. This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially since this was meant to be a New Year’s gift

I only mentioned that I would contact the tax authorities and consumer protection agency if they failed to provide me with the invoice, as not providing an invoice is a violation of the law. Additionally, not providing customers with information about order processing and shipping on the website itself is also a legal violation. This is not a threat; it is simply a statement of fact. All I asked was for them to comply with the law and adhere to the terms of purchase and sale of goods. Instead, they canceled my order and are trying to make me look like the one at fault.

UPDATED 4 December:
I wrote a review after you refused to give me an invoice, a link with shipping information and cancelled the order, no need to lie. Your shop is not geared to the business customer.

I asked you for a bonus as I already had a bonus in my basket, just a different brand. You could have offered to replace it and that's it. For me the lack of bonuses is not a problem, I am able to buy any product, it's just that you didn't have a sample available on your site. I buy perfume almost every day from different online shops.

I also see that you noted that this review is not based on real experience, as if I did not order from you. You are even trying to trick this review site into deleting my review. Funny.

So you still haven't provided a link with a detailed description of order processing and delivery, which is a violation of Googleadwords snd Googlemerchants, I have sent a request to my colleagues to fully check your advertising campaigns that are misleading potential customers. I see that some customers are complaining about order processing and delivery.

I recommend buying directly from manufacturers, not middlemen who can't send an invoice and a link with shipping information. And then you'll be told you're a bad customer.

Your customer is unhappy and that says a lot about the store. You continue to argue and wriggle out of it by deceiving everyone. 16 years of experience have taught you nothing.

The negative review was solely due to your refusal to provide me with an invoice and your refusal to send me a link explaining your order processing and terms. Yes, I am fully aware that I ticked the checkbox at checkout, but I specifically asked about the page detailing the process, and I repeated this several times. You ignored me, and then you canceled the order.

Only after this did I call you an unreasonable person because your reasoning skills are clearly lacking. You’re now trying to connect my review to the absence of a gift, but my review had nothing to do with the gift. By your logic, I should leave negative reviews for every store that doesn’t provide gifts. If you look at my Trustpilot profile, you’ll also see positive reviews for stores that didn’t send me any gifts.

Additionally, on October 22, I placed an order with you, and you didn’t send any gifts then, nor did anyone leave you negative reviews for that. Now you’re claiming that the negative review is because you didn’t provide a gift. This makes no sense. Your reasoning is flawed. I have already ordered from you before and didn’t leave a negative review.

What you’re saying now is nonsense, and you’re misleading both Trustpilot and potential customers by creating false narratives.

Still, I want to thank you for canceling this order, because I managed to find another store where Clive Christian products are cheaper, and the delivery and order processing are much faster. While we were arguing with you, I already received the home delivery.

An invoice has never been denied. CS explained that these are sent out once the order ships, which is perfectly legal.
The displayed delivery times are in place, and you have acknowledged the necessary processing time by setting a checkmark on the checkout.
- As Google Ads does not serve you for our company in your jurisdiction, we consider this an additional threat, as it is irrelevant to you if we comply with Google rules.
We do not tolerate customers who insult our staff by calling them stupid or idiots. We must provide a safe and respectful environment for our employees and adequately document these insults as cases of verbal abuse.

Don't order from them if you need your…

My last and final response to this lunacy (since you keep adding comments here) -
I live in Cyprus not Barbados, and yes I expect to be treated with the same respect when I order 20 euro sample or 400 euro perfume. I suggest you turn all this energy into service of your customers instead of picking fights and lying about someone who gives you criticism. All the best 🙄

As for your reply: please provide proof of me being disrespectful - I’ll wait :)

Future edit: They erase criticism comments from their IG which only further shows false image. Been told by their customer service rep to 'Please not order from them again' after saying I am ‘emotional’ when giving him facts that DHL have no record of their shipment - I guess there's a first for everything in life...

Don't order from them if you need your package to arrive in a reasonable time frame. It's been 8 days since I placed my order and it hasn't even shipped out yet.
Also, customer service gives false information, and the 'live chat' not working (answered after 2 hours and 5 minutes)
It feels like I've been scammed, very unprofessional.

Very reliable service

Very reliable service, reasonably fast shipping. I have already ordered twice. The site has a good selection of niche perfumes which this way you can sample before buying as they're otherwise difficult to get ahold of and shelling out a significant amount of money on a blind buy is very inadvisable. All samples are 3 ml and they also have an excellent offer: samples of your choice for the total of 20 EUR if you buy a full perfume bottle. I would recommend it.

Recommend it

I found the store from the stores section on the official page behind Puredistance. Niche perfumes are very expensive and unfortunately there are many imitation products in perfumes. I made 2 orders within 1 week, confident that it was reliable. I asked questions many times via whatsapp and e-mail during my order, the customer service department works flawlessly, they helped politely. There are very high quality products in the store, I recommend it to everyone

Excellent service

Excellent service, I used to just buy perfumes until one time I loved perfume in store but in real life it did not last at all despite costing over 100€. Since then I was concerned with buying full bottle especially with niche fragrances that can cost at least twice as much. But due to services like this one I can order samples of perfumes and try to wear them couple times before spending money on full bottle.

Ordered list of samples for €150 and they arrived in 2 weeks time, samples fully filled, well labeled and sprayers working well, no complaints at all, will definitely be purchasing again. Would love to see more brands like M. Micallef but even without it - they have a great selection of perfumes.

Excellent speed and quality

I ordered a Frederic Malle perfume. In fact, I tried to order it previously from Frederic Malle directly, where I ended up receiving an empty box (not sure where the error happened, but the box was clearly not even sealed) and had no reply from Frederic Malle customer service for a week. Upon looking for an alternative place where to order it again, I came across Essenza Nobile. The order warned, with additional samples it may take up to 3-7 days to process. Well, actually it got processed on the next days and received on the following day. So just wanted to say Wow and Thank you, you have won a new customer, because will surely be ordering again.

Fast and helpful! Will buy from them again! :)

I recently found out that one of my favourite perfumes (California Snow) was out of stock in my local shop, and it turned out that their store was the only one in Norway that was licensed to sell this, and they also did not know if they would get it back in stock. So i sendt a email to the perfume company (WWDIS) which is located in the US to try to order from them instead.
But it turned out to be difficult because of hazmat issues and a lot of paperwork for them, and this wasn't something they did.
But what they could do was to recommend this website to me, as they did ship to most countries (including mine)
So i placed my order!
Then i had a problem with my payment (which was totally my own fault! turned out i used the wrong credit card, stupid, i know) but the guy on support was super helpful and patient with me. Oh, and i also forgot to pick out 2 free samples, which he added to my order when i asked him (thank you Sjörn)
On top of that, when i received my order, i was happy to discover that they even added 3 more samples!
They have a good selection of niche fragrances, good prices, and fast shipping!
All in all, a great shopping experience!

Five start review for this online shop. Two times ordered from them, both times the dispatch was super fast. The second time there was a missing item, which was refunded with no fuss in the matter of minutes after my email, requesting it. The items that I receive are packed with care. Customer service of the year

Amazon used to be famous for quality of the customer service. And yet they can't compare to the quality of service I have received at Essenza Nobile. There was a problem with my order - and even worse, it was very time sensitive due to the gift nature of the order - and Sjörn from customer service went ABOVE AND BEYOND to solve it, giving me several solutions. And the best part? It was an instant service. No waiting, no "we'll get back to you in 2-3 working days". Just instant HUMAN contact. I repeat - A HUMAN contact with a person who thinks and replies, not someone copy-pasting responses and formulas.

Truly an outstanding experience and despite the issue I've had with the order I will be shopping with them in the future.

Delivery didn't happen.

Placed order at 11.02, with ETA of +- 10 days which was fine by me. Then it was failure to deliver once, with the email from company that product is not yet in stock and still expected.
Another contact from me been attempted beginning of March and I've been reassured I'll get it in time to my date.
One day before the date - no movement, i've asked to cancel and without any excuses order been cancelled immediately.

Got my money frozen for 1 month, no delivery, no happy wife.

Product still in the state of

"This item is currently not in stock but can be preordered.
Shipped within 11 - 12 business days."

So basically these statuses are far from truth and couldn't be relied on.

Your name is not in our database, so I am not sure, if am responding to the correct person. I assume, it is about an ALoF order and I see where you are coming from.
We always communicated the dates we got by the supplier, but the goods did not arrive as expected and we are very sorry about it.
It seems you did not see the last reply on the chat, where you asked for cancelation, which we immediately followed as per your wish. I sent you a screenshot of the reply afterwards and apologized again for not being able to deliver on time.
It is annoying that the money is frozen, but we acted timely and refunded right away. The rest is up to your credit card company and Amex is unfortunately very slow with their processing times. This is a factor out of our reach and we cannot help you with that, even though we'd love to expedite things.
The product delivery times are matching the real times in most of the cases, as this is what has been communicated by the brands. However, we live in uncertain times and supply chains are more often broken, than in the past and therefore delays can and do happen. It is an unfortunate situation and I totally get your situation and we apologize in every manner for this unpleasant circumstances.
