Very reliable service, reasonably fast shipping. I have already ordered twice. The site has a good selection of niche perfumes which this way you can sample before buying as they're otherwise difficult to get ahold of and shelling out a significant amount of money on a blind buy is very inadvisable. All samples are 3 ml and they also have an excellent offer: samples of your choice for the total of 20 EUR if you buy a full perfume bottle. I would recommend it.

I'll give 5 stars even though the fee is a bit high. My claim was successfully finished within around 3 months from the submission of the power of attorney. There were updates every step of the way and the money was wired the next day after I received the notification that the claim was successful and the airline paid up. I'm happy with the service. Keep in mind that after the deduction of the fees and VAT you will receive about 65% of the amount. But that's 65% more than I would be likely to get if I tried to argue with the airline myself, and I don't have time for that anyway. So, thanks EUClaim, I'll be happy to use your services again if needed.

I was initially hesitant to order because of some negative reviews but everything went perfectly fine. I received the chair I ordered in perfect condition and well within the indicated schedule. Communication was also very good, my question by email was answered within a couple hours.

The support team was very quick to respond and provide additional information to the delivery company when I experienced a delay. Happy with the service.

Having read the reviews, I was hesitant to order the coat I wanted. But after some consideration I took the risk. The package arrived within the timeframe (max 5 business days), even a day earlier than was estimated in the tracking info. I love the coat, it is soft, comfortable and really my size (I often have no choice but to order online because they generally don’t put the smallest sizes in physical stores).

The cases are very pretty and look exactly as advertised. Each comes in a separate cute black velvety bag and even the packaging is distinct and classy. I'm in Luxembourg and received the package even sooner than expected, only took a few days. Will be happy to order again.

Unfortunately, there's no option to give a zero so... Bought a cotton shirt with cherry blossom designs in a local outlet. After a couple of washes I noticed something was seriously off. Then I had a better look and realised that the red and brown dye that formed the blossom/flower patterns has almost completely washed off! That is, now I only have lighter colored flower shapes where the dye used to be, with some very vague (almost none) remains of it. The shirt really wasn't cheap (something around 80 EUR if I remember it right). Unbelievable utter absence of basic quality for such a price. Never buy anything with dyed patterns from them or you'll end up like me.

I have ordered from Asos multiple times since last year. Most of the packages arrived within the set timeframe or a couple of days later, except for the last one. I waited for a set number of working days as required (28 I think?) and then emailed the customer care again, asking for a replacement. They have been very helpful and arranged for sending it to me, even though the size of the item in question was listed as out of stock. It's kind of strange that some people say their customer service is rude. In my case, they have always been very polite and willing to help.
