Really unsatisfying experience


I received a pair of earrings worth around €300 from my best friends for my 30th birthday (about a year ago). I was absolutely thrilled with the gift.

Unfortunately, one of the earring clasps was defective right from the start. Therefore, I contacted customer service. Initially, I was advised to attempt the repair myself, which, of course, was not successful.

I was then instructed to send the earrings to Excluso for repair. I followed these instructions but did not hear back for some time. Eventually, the earrings were sent back to one of my friends who had purchased them for me.
When she handed me the package and I opened it, I was surprised to find that there was only one earring inside the jewelry box.

I immediately contacted the company and must say that I am deeply disappointed with the customer service. I was accused of having sent in only one earring, which is simply not true. Naturally, I sent the entire pair, expecting that perhaps both earrings would be exchanged and replaced with a new pair.

The customer service representative was very unfriendly. Now, I am left with only a single earring, which is, unfortunately, of no use to me.

Really bad costumer service

Really bad costumer service. Send a defect earring back and only received one in return. The costumer service than continued to claim that both earrings were send back. Now I only have one earring for 200+ euro. thanks!
