Very rude technician

Very rude technician.
Clive Ramsey came in to do a service on a lift at my place of work, at a hospital and he was very rude and unprofessional to one of the other workers on site. I was not at all impressed with the customer service of this technician. Very hot headed and ignorant. Maybe needs to learn how to better represent the company.

Liftinc by Fain - Elevator is not working for more than 2 months

We had quite good experience with FAIN when they refurbished our elevator in Brussels. However, problems started when Liftinc by Fain took over the maintenance. I left the following comment to Liftinc, that I copy here. Unless FAIN handles the situation with Liftinc, they will have negative reviews coming. 5 - star to FAIN for refurbishment, 1 star to Liftinc for maintenance and handling the situation.

I see people complaining their elevator was not working for couple of days and Liftinc delayed the repair. Well, in our case malfunction of newly refurbished elevator (by FAIN) was reported on May 3rd. We are now mid July and the problem is not fixed yet. More than 2 months !!! they are not being able to fix what is the most simple mechanical system.
Should I say you should stay away from them?
Should I say they always have excuse for failed interventions?
Should I say they always wait weeks for a delivery of a piece?
Should I say they are holding the occupants of this block hostage, which is unacceptable, especially in a situation where elderly people, people with reduced mobility, as well as parents with young children and strollers, are directly affected.
Should I say I am sorry for FAIN for the acquisition?
Or should I hope they change the way they work?!

On Friday night

On Friday night, the elevator broke down. It was a nightmare; I thought I would be stuck until Monday! However, they came and fixed it just an hour after I made the inquiry.
