We have installed TKE elevator in our multistory building and performance of lift is very poor and service technician not qualified and professional.

Terrible company and Racist staff

Elevators are always down. These were installed by TKE and they have an exclusive maintenance contract. Elevators are always down and people can't get out of the building. TKE, please shut down your company.

We terminated our contract with TK Elevator in June. Technicians falsified information on reports, did not communicate with me or my staff and caused tens of thousands of dollars of repairs through neglect of equipment. Management at all levels was difficult to reach, inconsistent (my contacts changed often) and did not correct technician issues when brought to their attention. I was surprised to learn from other colleagues that technicians would park in the parking lot to appear to management that they were performing maintenance, but never stepped foot in the building.

Horrible company to do business with. Unresponsive, slow to schedule work or maintenance. Bills for unnecessary time. They have been on site multiple times, not working in our building and billed us for those hours.

This company who ever works in HR is a racist I have applied numerous times and I have experience in all the position I have applied they always turn me down there's someone there that hates black people they don't have black people working for that company so in my perspective in my mind you're being racist

Just had one of these vans try to run my elderly grand mother off of the road, then threatened her and tried to open her door ! This was in pucklechurch near Bristol, I wouldn't like one of these people anywhere near the public.

Bought an apartment in a newly constructed building. The TK elevator fails several times a week. TK only offers quick fixes that lasts hours to days before it breaks again. When you call them it's clear that they have internal issues and no one want to take responsibility.
