I ordered four cartons of oat milk from Greenist but they did not deliver the oat milk I ordered. Instead they delivered a different sort of oat milk. The oat milk I received had oil added and was the Barista version. It contained 5 times the amount of fat and 2 1/2 times the amount of sugar compared to the non Barista oat milk I had chosen. I specifically wanted a low fat, low sugar oat milk. When I contacted them to ask for a refund they told me they were entitled to make substitutions and in this case the products were sufficiently similar as they were from the same brand. But in my view a brand offers a choice of different milk alternatives for a reason - because each one is different! I feel I wasted a lot of money as I also had to pay a large delivery fee.

Greenist withdrew money from my account 14 days before shipping the order - several days before they even had the goods in stock themself. Deliverytime from Germany to Denmark 16 days. No info given, no excuses. But everything arrived eventually as ordered.

I have recently ordered 3 items from this company, however received ONLY 1 and no refund so far...additionally, I have never received any notification about any changes in my order.

I have been a regular customer of greenist for over a year, and that stops now. My last order was damaged in transit by DHL and returned to the sender. The tracking number shows it was delivered to them last week and they are denying receiving the parcel. Greenist never followed up about a replacement or refund, and after I called and emailed them multiple times, they are still not offering a replacement or refund, blaming ME instead and saying there is nothing at all they can do. Worst, worst customer service experience ever. Truly shocked by the rudeness and incompetence.

The Company are excellent and outstanding in product, service and delivery.

Greenist is a great and professional company to work with and we have had positive experiences with them so far. The range of organic products is extensive and the follow-up is very professional, even when we had a point that needed improvement with our first order, this was followed up immediately. We can highly recommend them.

Do not recommend and will never be a customer again. I received different products and they do not respond.

The deliver was prompt and the service in general was excellent.

I received a product, where the expiration date was passed, so the product was too old. I sent the company an email on the 11th of February and asked to get the money back from the product but they don’t answer despite a friendly reminder. Really bad customer service!!
In their answer they also lie now, they say that they send a product with MHD 31.12.22, but this is not true they MHD was 01.12.22 and they shipped the items 02.12.22. I also have a picture of the product which I shared with them
