Package never received

Package never received! I requested a refund, but after 2 months, nothing has been reimbursed.

The shipment was tracked, but there is no data regarding where or to whom the merchandise was delivered.

Customer service is completely ineffective! I have repeatedly asked to be shown the image of the signature of the person who received the package, but I always receive the same pre-printed message or: 'Your package has been delivered, best regards.'

Extremely disappointed with Groupon.

I will take legal action.

I have purchased 2 Lacoste shirts on the 22nd of April that I haven't received yet, It has passed more than one month. Terrible Experience.

The package never arrived

The package never arrived. I contacted customer support multiple times, and they told me they would look into it, but nothing was resolved. I spoke to the courier, and in the shipping system, the package is listed as an envelope weighing 900 grams, but it was supposed to be a 2-meter Christmas tree... I don’t know where the mistake, or fraud, occurred, but I didn’t receive any help.
So, a terrible experience.
