I placed an order in November 2025. While some items arrived within a reasonable timeframe, three months later I'm still waiting for one outstanding item with no resolution in sight.

The most frustrating aspect has been the complete lack of customer support. There's no phone number to contact anyone directly, and the email response system is wholly inadequate. Initial responses take over a week, but worse still, they fail to actually resolve the issue. I've discovered that each time you follow up on your case, you're apparently pushed to the back of the queue and the waiting time resets-a system that seems designed to discourage customers from seeking help.

For a company operating in 2026, having no accessible customer service channel is unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here, as you'll have no recourse if something goes wrong with your purchase.

Terrible customer service.
I placed an order on the 29th December and still have not received all of it. I ordered a dumbbell rack with 5 sets of dumbbells and I still have not received 2 sets of them. Everything has been delivered 1 thing at a time and weeks apart.
I have called, emailed about 5 times and only had a response once.
Don’t know what to do next? I just want the rest of my order!

If i could give them no stars I would. Ordered on the 23rd January - items supposedly shipped on 26th for delivery by the 28th. Never got handed over to dpd. Tried chasing the company on many occasions but they didn't reply to e mails for 2 weeks. When they replied it was to say items hadn't been despatched so I asked for a refund which they said they would process if the items hadn't been shipped which they already confirmed they hadn't (and website was showing out of stock). Then no reply and no refund. Awful company to deal with. Now requested a charge back form my credit card as I have no faith the refund will be processed

I ordered my 5& 6 Tier Hex Dumbbell Tree + Commercial bench on 01/12/25. I received the Bench on 24/01/26 with some nuts/bolts missing. I emailed on 24/01/26 so almost 3 weeks ago, will repeated attempts to contact via that email and the contact us link on the web page. Still have not had a single response. Im also missing a 25KG Dumbbell which DPD said was sent back to the seller (unsure on reason). So my order is not complete and my bench unusable. I did go online to see if the company still existed and they were quick to send me a promotional offer email. Dealing with incomplete orders though is either very low down the priority list. I never leave reviews, +ve or -ve. But ive never had such poor customer service. If you can call radio silence a service.

We ordered a reformer Pilates machine in November, and Gym Sets repeatedly ignored our emails asking for updates on delivery. We then proceeded to cancel the order due to the delay, which they again ignored. Gym Sets then delivered the wrong colour of equipment, which was meant to be black, and they sent white. This is now mid-February, so four months of waiting. Avoid at all costs. The price looks good, but the service is dreadful.

Please do not buy anything from this company, they do not answer the phone phones, they do not answer emails either. I ordered and paid for express delivery. And I have received absolutely no correspondence and it should have been delivered last weekend through “express delivery”. They do not answer their emails and there is absolutely nowhere way of getting in touch with these guys. I will be getting a refund through MONZO. Do not trust them. I wish I looked at these trustpilot reviews before I purchased.

Can I not put 0 stars? What an absolute shocking company. I ordered dumbbell set, tree and bench in November. They sent me bench, tree and 7.5kg dumbbell and then just haven't bothered sending the rest. I've been chasing them for over 6 weeks and they either don't reply or send a vague email to say they're going to look into it. My advice is do not get stung like I did.

Ordered multiple items that was advertised as in stock, after waiting two weeks and having had no contact from the business I issued a complaint requesting my money back. I was given a generic excuse as to why my items haven’t arrived ‘supplier issues’ and was told that I’d be prioritised when they get more stock another month later which I was unwilling to do and continued to demand a refund in which after a couple of weeks was issued. Everything about this company seems disingenuous and although my experience is not the worst i wholeheartedly believe the accounts from other consumers that have complained of a lack of communication and never actually receiving their orders. As such I’d fully avoid this company and just shop at a reputable brand. The cheap prices clearly seem to be an illusion for people to place orders that they never intend to actually deliver upon.

Ordered a reformer Pilates machine and it was delivered within 6 days. It’s also lovely quality and was a fraction of the price that other companies are charging. I can see that others have not had the best experience of this company but I wanted to share my positive experience

Ordered on 26th January, had an email 29th Jan to inform me of tracking details for DPD
Tried to contact on several occasions about the delivery and no answer, contacted bank today to try and reverse this payment. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I made an order on the 26th November 2025, and I am still yet to receive half of my order. Communication is absolutely terrible from this company. I have emailed multiple times about the whereabouts of my missing order and they have now stopped replying to my emails. Don’t waste your time ordering from this company.

I ordered some dumbbells on 18 November and after 7 emails to the company my order has still not been completed. I have been sent 1 of a pair of 17.5kg dumbbells, have chased for delivery of the remaining dumbbell and since requested cancellation of that part of the order and a refund and have still not had the issue resolved. Appalling customer service which takes weeks to reply if at all.

My wife ordered a kettle bell for me in November.
No sign of it being delivered.
I was promised the issue would be resolved last week but nothing heard.

Placed an order on the 27/01/26 with express delivery. Still waiting with no contact. They don’t reply to email. Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

Part delivery of 36kg adjustable dumbbells…purchased on 4/1/26 and missing 24 x 1 kg plates, similar experience to many many others, ignored emails and false promises the latest email on 29/1/26 promising to print a new tracking number and have the missing plates sent out immediately….never heard another thing and to date nothing….paypal dispute nearing the end of the process to be informed I need a police incident number which I now have….police apparently going to escalate this due to the amount off people affected.

Delivered less than half my order in December, I questioned where the rest of it was in January and no response for weeks. I raised this with Paypal, suddenly a response from the customer services team stating they are behind massively and are in the process of shipping out the balance of orders. More weeks go by and I escalated the claim with Paypal. Magically another response soon after (clearly they only communicate when under the cosh) stating they have delivered everything and provided 3 tracking numbers for 3 small boxes which apparently contained 92kg worth (12pairs) of dumbells. I have not yet figured out if they entirely obtuse or fraudsters. Still no balance of order recieved, no refund, no admission they have screwed up. The saga continues.

Ok, after struggling with this company for about 2 months I have come to the conclusion I am not going to get the balance of my order. The special they are currently running has the feel of an 'exit strategy' because if they did value their customers, they would first sort out existing issues THEN chase new business.

So....If you have not received your order, DO THIS TODAY.

Get hold of your bank URGENTLY, and start a chargeback process. Most banks offer 120 days so if you have been shafted in December you should be good to try recoupe your money. Things vary from bank to bank and card to card, but if you act soon you should be covered

I am 30+ emails into this experience, and this is literally the WORST company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Do yourself a favour, stop wasting time emailing them and get the chargeback process underway. You can thank me later :)

The website advertises next day dispatch of goods, and an option to purchase express delivery, which suggests the order will be received between the next day and 3 days later. I ordered bumper plates on Saturday morning and was advertised that with the ‘express delivery’ upgrade, I would received my order on Monday or Tuesday. I proceeded solely on this basis and quick delivery times.

It’s now Wednesday and there is no sign my order has been dispatched, and whenever you contact customer support, the provide no meaningful update and simple state “this is being discussed with the relevant teams”. I can only hope that when the items are received, that they are worth the wait….

3rd of December i ordered..

Was told it was due multiple times still not arrived.

Ordered flooring for my gym which I can’t now open and I’m losing business, was told they would contact and haven’t.
