Haverland

I have a 1100w Haverland Heater. It just suddenly stopped working. Tried to get in touch with Haverland without success. I was told by a heater company that they are no longer operating. They said thier are no spares available and basically put the heater in the skip. Incidentally I see one company is still advertising Haverland Heaters for sale.

Customer services doesn’t seem to exist

The heaters themselves are fine but are operated through an app, which is also fine, until the app doesn’t let you in and tells you to contact customer services. I have been trying for 2 months to get a response from Haverland. Have tried emails, phoning all departments, filling in contact forms. I haven’t received a single response, even an automated one, and the phone lines all go straight to voicemails. Can’t understand why there’s so few reviews of them either. Wouldn’t recommend.

BUYING EXCELLENT SERVICE & SUPPORT when you buy HAVERERLAND

I am writing this review to comment on technical support and customer service.

A dear friend of the elder generation lost a mounting bracket when workmen threw it away. I contacted Haverland to organise a replacement.

I couldn’t be more impressed with the care and diligence taken by Haverland to help and resolve the problem.

I have found, over the years that customer service over the years has become less personal and more than stressful to navigate, often ‘given’ to call centres where going “off script” results in failed solutions… definitely not the case here.

My friend has used Haverland Heaters for a number of years, using two heaters to warm a one bedroom bungalow. She has been happy with their performance and hasn’t found them outside the budget her pension allows to run.
