Received 20 bags of very good wood, which we have been using to heat our apartment with. Wood is dry and has been cut into good-sized pieces, not too big or small. The only suggestion I would make to Hoggenstabben.no is to add those 10kg bags of Clean Flame vedbriketter (wood briques) for around NOK40-50 to their selection of products. If these were available at this price, I would have added 6 of them to my order and saved back-breaking trips to Obs.

They didn´t delivery my orders which I paid on June. 30 bags in total. I asked either arrange delivery or refund my money. Got NOTHING so far.

They actually were legit last year.
Now it is a scam - Don't order with them.
They have been dragging me for over two months since September.
They even told me they paid me back, but I still haven't received the money.
I ordered 20 - and missed that money.

Hoggestabben cancelled my wood delivery at the last minute. After waiting three weeks for the delivery, I was informed it would not happen 30 mins before the end of the delivery window. Since then, I have not received a new delivery date and my questions sent to the company have gone unanswered.

Really nice, helpful and professional. The driver called 25min a head of arrival and helped with carrying even though I didn’t pay for it. The wood is light, dry and at superb birch quality. Thank you Hoggestabben☺️

Fikk telefon av selskapet av en som beklagte og sendte glassrens og firestarters gratis neste dag. Bra at de følger opp kunde tilbakemeldinger.

Received a call from the company. They apologized for the bad experience and sent a new cleaner and firestarters free of cost. Great that they follow up customer feedback,

Dårlig servis. Fikk levert en ødelagt glassrens flaske og sjåføren sa at dette var den siste flaske han hadde og jeg måtte fikse det selv. Skal aldri bruke hoggestabben igjen!

Extremely bad service. Got a broken bottle of glass cleaner which I had ordered with the wood. The driver told me to use my brain to fix it because he didn't have any more left. Will never use or recommend them to anyone.

This company owes a lot of money to their firewood suppliers and producers. Sia Woodmill from Latvia supplied Hoggestabben.no with firewood and we have not been paid for 6 trucks of firewood. Have received confirmation that product is good, but no money, only promises. Sax As and Cats As that are behind Hoggestabben.no owe money to different firewood suppliers in Latvia and possibly other countries.

Good quality and first rate service. The guys are really helpful and I can recommend them unreservetly.
