Order cancelled and product market as out of stock due to pricing error.

The product I purchased was confirmed and intended to be shipped on the 2nd of February.
The price was wrong (they didn't acknowledge it) and they cancelled the purchase and marked the product as out of stock/discontinued.

Now my money is locked for X days while I wait for the funds to get back to me. Terrible user experience.

I’ve been buying from them for years. My only complaint is the home delivery. They use PostNord, and it’s a total gamble - sometimes they deliver during business hours, other times in the evening, and recently my package ended up being delivered by Posten because PostNord handed it over. You basically never know when the package will arrive, so it's best to take a week off... and they charge 199 nok for this.

The purchase process was straightforward, nicely packaged, everything arrived in time, and safe.

Good price but they don't have things that they offer in stock you need to wait +20 days it would be okay if they said that but they promise delivery in 3 days and then send email every second day that delivery is delayed.

Easy to order, fast packed, and fast delivery, at a 40% lower price than Power or Elkjop !!!

Charge 95 nok for returns, be aware. Also, tried ordering there like 5 years ago once, not great back then, not great now. Definitely not very Pro haha

As described

When selected to be delivered in an automated postnord box, happened 2 times the the orders where moved from the chosen automated box to another one far away. Because of this reason I started to choose only physical non automated ones.
It might be also shortage of staff in the month of july.
Customer shouldn't be affected

I bought a headset from proshop but when the package arrived it was a different headset. When I was going to return the package I saw that I never got an order number. I sent in an email where I asked to get it and after a few weeks I finally got the order number. But when I was going to return the package it said that it could not be returned anymore. So I called customer service and they said that they would send me a new email where I could return the package with a link. I never got that email. I then sent in a new email where I asked for a new link where I could return the package. After a few more weeks I got the link and got the same message that I could not return the package. I called again a few weeks later and was told that there was nothing they could do anymore since it had been three weeks since they sent the link to return the package.

The delivery was fast, product is as per description and it was well-packed.

I ordered here many times. Delivery is fast and 100% trusted. I want to order here again in the future. Thanks
