Great experience!

Working with Hostfully has been a game-changer for our short-term rental business. The onboarding process with Juano was fantastic—he was incredibly responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful every step of the way.

The platform itself has made managing our Airbnb and direct booking site so much easier. It’s streamlined our operations, tightened up our systems, and saved us a ton of time. We also love the guidebook feature—our guests rave about it, and the feedback has been amazing.

Hostfully has been an excellent partner for our business. What truly sets them apart is their support structure, you are assigned a dedicated team that knows your account, so you’re never stuck repeating the same issues over and over. No matter the time of day, the entire team has full visibility into your chat history, which makes problem-solving fast and seamless.

Our team has been consistently responsive and effective. Cece is an incredible asset, knowledgeable, efficient, and able to help resolve just about any issue that comes up. Hannah, our team lead, is outstanding. She is always available, proactive, and genuinely invested in helping us succeed. Having a dedicated team lead makes a huge difference, and every customer gets that same level of support.

Beyond support, Hostfully continues to grow and improve as a platform. They are constantly rolling out new features, and they actually listen to user feedback. You can suggest features directly, and their IT team actively works to evaluate and implement them, which shows how committed they are to improving the product.
