Service… incomplete

Purchased disc brake after purchasing front wheel assembly. Wheel assembly was pictured with disc brake; disc brake was not included. Called and asked about missing part was advised not included I would need to purchase separately. The item not available on website to purchase separately. Had to wait for an email 4 days, then purchased Disc brake. Now I’ve received the disc brake and there is no hardware to attach to wheel assembly. I asked specifically to ensure I had everything needed to replace the entire front wheel assembly… still waiting

He’s being treated for the cancer, but the pain in his spine and neck still persists. He absolutely loves his scooter!

Buyer beware.

Ordered over a month ago and the scooter has still not even been shipped. I have contacted their customer service multiple times and they keep apologizing and saying they will expedite the shipping. Buyer beware. We are contacting our credit card company to contest this as fraud at this point.

Cancelled Order Sent Anyway

I placed the order but the next day cancelled it because I found out the scooter wasn't TSA approved. They said they would try to catch it before it went out (which should have been a fairly simple process) but they didn't catch it. A week later (why couldn't they find my order in a week?) I got notification that they shipped it. The FedEx delivery was a nightmare - I had to refuse the delivery twice before it was finally returned to Hoverfly. They then refused to refund my sales tax, which is a violation of both California (where they are) and Utah (where I live) law. It has now been six weeks since I cancelled the order and still waiting for resolution.

I can't review the product because I returned it. My communications were always polite, but never resolved my issue.
