Customer service done right
I reached out to Huckberry about a pair of 365 Chinos I bought about a year ago. Over time, the buttons started cracking and eventually breaking apart. It wasn’t a stitching issue — the buttons themselves were failing.
I emailed support with photos, not expecting much since it had been a while since purchase. I got a same-day response. No runaround, no hoops to jump through.
They immediately set up an expedited replacement and even sent a 20% off code for a future order. They told me I could keep or donate the damaged pair — no need to ship anything back.
That’s how you build trust. They stood behind their product without hesitation and made the whole process effortless.
Mistakes happen. What matters is how a company responds — and Huckberry absolutely nailed it. I’ll continue shopping with confidence.

I have been shopping at Huckberry since 2020 and they are always quick to respond when I have an issue and make everything so easy and hassle free.
I recently bought pants from them and I didn’t like the fit, Huckberry makes it easy so all I had to do was drop the pants off at the UPS store and they pack it and ship it for you.
Can’t recommend them enough!

I made a mistake with an email address, when I ordered an ecard gift. I didn't realize it for a while, so I was concerned I might be too late getting things cleared up. I sent my concerns in an email to customer service and heard back promptly. The communication was professional, yet personal. The problem was solved before I could start fretting!

First Time Huckberry Customer
This is the first time I have ordered from Huckberry. They now have a customer for life. I ordered a very nice hoodie. I wore it several times over the course of 2 weeks. The garment got a snag which I carefully trimmed with scissors. Shortly after I noticed that small snag made a large hole. I thought I'll contact Huckberry to see if they could help. I honestly wasn't expecting much due to the state of current customer affairs these days. To my surprise my email was answered within maybe 2 hours. A pic of the damage was requested which I found to be more than fair. I sent in the requested photo. Again, they responded lightning fast and I was blown away by their response. I received a full refund PLUS a one-time 20% off any future orders. I find that to be outstanding customer service. If you want to buy with confidence in my opinion, you can't do any better than Huckberry!!

Quick Response to Product Defect
Huckberry was great at working with me to figure out a satisfying solution. Button snaps had broken off a jacket I purchased after the first wear. They offered to pay to get it fixed but when that was not possible they expedited me a new jacket. I was impressed with their response time and had no doubt from the beginning that a good solution would be found.
