Happy with shipping and quality!

Shopping was very simple, shipping was reliable and accurate, packaged well and the quality of my plush is fantastic! Soft, well stuffed and even more importantly, adorable! I especially appreciated the cute dust bag that was sent along.

They get so much right…. Surely the basics should be a priority

They get so much right.. then let themselves down with the real basics, in this day and age speed of delivery and having products in stock or regularly restocked are what customers expect and deserve especially given how expensive Jellycat products have gotten, it makes the business appear arrogant, regularly they take 5-6 days to dispatch an order where a very large percentage of their competitors have it out and delivered within 48hrs, they’ve grown exponentially which indicates they are making a lot of money from their customers which begs the question why are they so slow and why are products missing from their website regularly and not restocked, they have peculiar relationships with their stockists, and after talking to so many independent businesses about how Jellycat communicates with them regarding orders and stock I’m pretty shocked they have anyone who wants to represent them as they seem disrespectful and dismissive.. again the word arrogant springs to mind, how can a business get the basics so badly wrong… people are beginning to boycott Jellycat in favour of other British brands who can keep their egos in check… something sadly Jellycat seem to struggle with since their retail success..

The Jellycat website is fun to look at…

The Jellycat website is fun to look at and relatively easy to use. I wish you could filter more in the explore all Jellycats section. For instance I wasn’t interested in books I was just interested in the stuffed animals. If I could have filtered books out I feel I could have seen more of what I was looking for upfront. I also was using the explore all option because I was completely unfamiliar with Jellycat until someone asked for one on their wishlist and for me the explorer all option felt more immersive than picking just looking under the heading that corresponded with what they were asking for (bunny). Otherwise I found the website so much fun. I love that out of stock items don’t fall off the listing they are ate the end of in stock options. I didn’t notice if you can filter by in stock or out of stock.

Order placed a month ago... Still nothing.

Order was placed on 14th January, and dispatched on 19th January via Royal Mail. The order arrived at the Royal Mail Glasgow Mail Centre on 20th January... And has been there ever since. I contacted Jellycat on 24th January for an update, and their email replay just restated all the info on the Royal Mail tracking, along with an "estimated delivery date" of 5th February. This date came and went with no further updates, and I have emailed Jellycat three times since 5th February and received no reply. My girls love their products, but the customer service has been pretty appalling. If Royal Mail have lost the package, can they not just tell me that and then make moves to fix the issue? As it stands, I'm still in limbo (not helped by Royal Mail's tracking site having no contact details, so my only contact is Jellycat themselves).

Avoid. Or if you must purchase a Jellycat, do it via a third party like Selfridges.

Really disappointed with the online…

Really disappointed with the online service. I made an order before Christmas which never turned up. Tracking says it is being delivered which clearly isn’t the case.

When I tried to get in contact I could only speak to a rubbish AI chat bot which told me the order will be investigated… This was almost a month ago.
