Good product, bad packaging

I'm satisfied with the product itself, but I had a slow delivery experience and encountered issues with the packaging.

I ordered a light bulb with the expectation of day-to-day delivery, but it took two days for the product to leave the warehouse. Fortunately, PostNord delivers to pakkeboks on Saturdays as well. The problem arose when the light bulb was shipped in a box twenty times larger than the bulb itself. As a result, the box couldn't fit into the pakkeboks, so I had to pick it up from the posthus, which was much further from my location, so obviously I was pretty annoyed.
I placed the order on a Wednesday evening and received the product on Saturday.

Poor service & delivery

We ordered 4 different lamps, which came in 4 different home deliveries. Of course we weren’t able to be home 8-16 on 4 different days, so PostNord came over maybe 6-7 times to be able to deliver these lamps… and due to this hassle it took closer to 2 weeks from order before we actually received all the lamps. LampeGuru customer service overall disappointing, not offering any help or solutions and kept responding to me in Danish even though I wrote them in English. Overall very poor experience, will not order again.

I had a really good experience with…

I had a really good experience with lampeguru. I recently purchased a led strip, delivery was right on time. But the remote control was not working,so I sent an email explaining the problem and I got a response within a few hours. Saying that they would sent me a new one, the next morning it was outside my door waiting for me.
