The game I enjoy, Cluster Tumble, offers a 94% RTP here, whereas it's 96.4% on Boyle Sports, which says a lot about the company's priorities. I wonder how many other games have similar discrepancies. Their promotions used to offer a daily win on their scratch of the day, albeit just 1 free spin, but now it's rare to win anything, about once in 7 or 8 attempts, often just 50p. Their customer support rarely responds, and they lack features like early payouts or sub swaps, making it hard to prefer them over other betting sites.

There promotions went from winning every day on their scratch of the day (was always ever only 1 free spins) to not winning anything (about 1 win in 7/8 plays which was 50p).
Customer service rarely reply to messages, they have no early payouts or no sub swap so I can't see any logical reason to choose this over any other bookie.
