If I could give more stars I would

If I could give more stars I would! I HIGHLY recommend Kaylee. When I first started, my main goal was to gain lean muscle since I was pretty underweight. At that time, I had also been diagnosed with PCOS. I had begun training myself a year prior but didn’t see great results and I was overwhelmed by all the conflicting info online. Kaylee truly made the process so seamless. I had so many worries before starting but she made the process enjoyable!
Kaylee truly cares and goes above and beyond with EVERYTHING. I only expected a personal trainer to help with diet and exercise but Kaylee has helped me understand the importance of micronutrients, gut health, PCOS and MUCH more! You can really tell that Kaylee is passionate with what she does based on how knowledgeable she is. Thank you for everything Kaylee!

Kaylee is the best!

I’ve really struggled for the past 5 years since I went thru chemo and menopause at the same time. I tried another program but it just wasn’t sustainable. Working with Kaylee has been so helpful in seeing why other programs weren’t working.

I appreciate her patience and support because I have a lifetime of bad habits and a busy schedule. The weight loss has been slow, but it’s been steady, and it’s something I feel I can sustain for the long haul.

Kaylee is very friendly and very willing to be flexible when I need more support some weeks or less others. She’s quick to make changes when something doesn’t work for me, and she’s very knowledgeable about nutrition and strength training.

I highly recommend her!

Kaylee is a hidden gem! 💎

Kaylee is wonderful to work with. She's not only super knowledge—though she will readily admit when something's not in her wheelhouse and defer to others on her team—but also very caring. I did very well working with her, dropping the remainder of the 30 lbs I had gained post-accident and then some, while also gaining muscle mass—essential for those of us in menopause—as well as firming up my body. I look forward to continuing to work with her in the future. 💜

I cannot over emphasize my adoration of…

I cannot over emphasize my adoration of Kaylee. In my time working with her I was diagnosed with PCOS and just so overwhelmed with all the things i needed to do to feel better. Kaylee simplified all of it and made me meal and supplement plans and helped me find new rhythms for my lifestyle choices to better support myself. She checks in at least weekly with you on how things are going and asks the hard questions while maintaining a neutral attitude of support for your goals. If you need specific recipe based meal plans she does that, if you need macro based nutrition plans she does that. She gives you realistic plans for in the gym and step goals. She is my superhero and i could not have been happier to have found her. THANK YOU KAYLEE!!

For years I have been searching for…

For years I have been searching for someone who could create a custom macro meal plan for me. Someone who cared and could help me begin my new health journey. After having my 4th child I was feeling defeated. I thankfully found Kaylee and I truly could not be happier.

I have had a slow start to my health journey due to my own set backs but Kaylee has been very patient and understanding. Her meal plans are delicious and so easy to follow.

She is so knowledgeable and patient. She cares and she is uplifting. I really needed to find Kaylee and I can’t wait for my second month with her. I’ve already made such big changes with my relationship to food and I owe it all to her. I appreciate her care and checking in with me. She makes me feel motivated to keep going!

Highly Recommend!!

Right before I started out with Kaylee, I was mostly doing just cardio and eating a concerningly low amount of calories in an attempt to lose weight. She introduced me to the world of strength training, and thanks to her guidance, I not only learned the proper techniques—I fell in love with it. I used to feel insecure and embarrassed around the big GYM BROS with their big dumbbells at the gym, but with her encouragement and support throughout the whole process she kept me motivated and helped me gain confidence in myself.

Beyond the workouts, she also offered valuable nutrition guidance and consistently came prepared with a personalized plan to help me reach my fitness goals. Her knowledge, professionalism, and positive energy made all the difference in my fitness journey. I’m stronger, and healthier thanks to her. For over a year now, she helped me get comfortable and confident in my body through all the different stages of my journey. I can’t recommend Kaylee highly enough! Thank you for everything, Kaylee!

Kaylee Jollota for Personal Trainer of the Year

My personal trainer Kaylee Jollota is fantastic! She helps me build meal plans and work outs around my health concerns which change as I get older.

One thing that surprised me is following her plan you will NOT feel hungry. The potatoes and rice are not only allowed but 100% beneficial in the journey to lose weight. My doctor proposed dropping carb when I started putting on weight. Like that was a viable and long term solution. It was so disappointing that he was not focused on full health but just drop 'easy' weight. When I told him how I lost 30 lbs with plenty of allowed calories and lots of carbs, he was shocked!

Kaylee's guidance provides for a balanced meal that fuels your body! And the exercise can be low intensity. Yoga, strength training, gentle slow walks in your house at your pace if you have a treadmill! She will customize it to your specific needs. ❤️❤️❤️

Kaylee's body building experience and continuing education really developed her into a compassionate support system during these challenging times when we the clients are trying to make hard changes and she knows her stuff!

You'll lose weight slow and steady just like your body needs! It is all virtual and she only charges around $200+/month (hugely reduced cost from some other options I investigated).

I'm not trying to plug something like a sales pitch. I just found that this has worked for me and she is just so kind and sensitive to my health issues too, which has been appreciated since some days I can't get out of bed for more then a few hours.

She not only helps with the immediate weight loss but she is invested in you being able to maintain it through education and life skills on your own long term.

I 100% recommend Kaylee to be your partner in your weight loss/health journey!

Great workout program

Outstanding experience.

Application is easy to use, and has hundreds if not thousands of exercises with videos.

Kaylee J. my personal trainer builds a customized weekly program for workouts and meal options, and she can monitor my progress via the app.

The app also keeps the entire history of each workout which allows me to instantly track previous weight used and estimated times for each workout.

Highly recommend.

Kaylee is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She pushes you to achieve your goals while taking the necessary precautions to avoid any injuries. I have always struggled with consistency when it comes to fitness, but working with Kaylee takes all the friction out of it. Highly recommended.

Changed my lifestyle.

Kaylee is the best!

I worked with Kaylee in both her online and in person training program! She customized my program to help do the things I wanted to work on. I really enjoyed the gym, it’s a smaller gym geared towards personal trainers and their clients so your not surrounded by a bunch of random people. I would highly recommend Kaylee especially to anyone new to working out or lifting because she’s so great at explaining every aspect of what you’ll be doing. She made me fall in love with lifting and getting stronger!!! 💪🏼

A 10/10 PT Experience

Amazing program, user platform, accountability and support! The program was personalized to my goals and skill level, which kept things challenging but not overwhelming. The app is very user friendly, and I love that you can be a part of a community of people who are also on a fitness journey. Kaylee is super knowledgeable and always accessible. She will push you to help you achieve your goals and become the best you possible. I am gluten and dairy free and she has been really helpful with assisting me with food swaps. She’s also been such a great resource when I was struggling with how to plan out my macros for the day. Overall, I have and will still continue to recommend Kaylee to my friends and family.

I have been training with Kaylie for a year now. She is very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly. She knows what she is doing. As long as you put in the work you will 100% get the results. She is always there to guide me and any questions I have . She is so dedicated to each and every client of her because she loves her job.
