Terrible service and complete lack of professionalism
I was supposed to receive my package on Thursday. At first, they claimed there was a “road problem.”
Three days later, they suddenly mentioned an “address issue,” even though I have already purchased from this sender before using exactly the same address. The only difference this time is that a different carrier was used.
The following day, they contacted me on WhatsApp asking me to resend my address. I replied immediately with my full address, but they did not even bother to read my message, let alone respond.
This shows a total lack of customer service and professionalism. At this point, I honestly feel that I may never receive my package, especially after reading similar reviews from other customers.
If this situation is not resolved quickly, I will very likely file a formal complaint.
Be careful before using this company.
