The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever. I bought a bag from Pitaya and when I got home, I realized it was in terrible condition.The handle was completely twisted and looked awful. When I reached out to customer service, they couldn’t care less. No exchange, no repair, no solution. Absolutely nothing.
I paid full price for a damaged bag, and they refused to take any responsibility for it. This store clearly doesn’t care about their customers or the quality of what they sell. Be careful when buying from Pitaya they sell defective products and their customer service is a complete joke.

Scam by shipping
I ordered a bag from them on Wednesday, November 27th at 10am with DHL Expresss, that it can be delivered the next working day, the shipping for it is 15,95€. The parcel did not arrive the next day. When I wrote an email to customer service on Thursday, there was no response. Only when I asked my question in their chat did I get an answer and they said that it wasn't even packed and shipped. On Friday I finally got a shipping confirmation. The package was still in Denmark until yesterday the 3rd of December. Today the 4th of December it should probably arrive and not with DHL but DPD. For a certain reason I chose the expensive shipping for 15.95€ so that it arrives the next day and is not sent with DPD. I can understand that it takes a bit longer from Denmark. But if you pay extra for it to be delivered the next working day it's a scam because they don't honor that. Now I have paid so much more for shipping so that it should come with DHL Express instead it arrives as if I had taken the normal shipping for less money. If you offer express shipping for more money, you should stick to it, otherwise it's a scam. I doubt whether the parcel will ever arrive today and my money for shipping is gone.
I haven't just found out that this shitty package won't be delivered to my home, but I paid for it. Instead, DPD leaves the parcel in a parcel store that is far away from my address. That is an outrage. I DIDN'T PAY AN EXTRA €15.95 FOR SUCH A DELIVERY

The nicest clothes and my favourite shop in Aarhus! All the clothes are amazing quality but they are so reasonably priced - they are also different from the high street stores of which are beginning to sell the same kind of stuff... I want everything that Pitaya sells!!!

No refund and Ignored Emails
I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided by Pitaya I purchased a bag and had to return it due to an error in their system, by this time I had already waited for the bag for over a month without any uppdates. I then emailed and decided to go for a refund. Despite assurances that I would receive a refund, it has now been over a month, and I am still waiting. Despite reaching out three times via email, I have not received any responses regarding my refund!!! This lack of communication is the most unprofessional customer service I’ve ever experienced. Do NOT order from Pitaya!!!

Good luck getting your money back.
It's been almost a month since I returned my order and I am still waiting for my refund. I contacted the support after a week of waiting - no answer. I contacted them again after three days of waiting and they finally responded. After I responded with the order number they needed three more days to tell me, that my refund would be in my account in 1-2 days. That was 9 days ago. I now have created a dispute on PayPal in the hope that my refund will take place...
