I have ordered a few times from Rapanui and have always been very happy with the quality of the items. I recently got in touch with customer service because i tried to order a couple of jumpers that were half price in the sale and they kept going to full price at checkout, so i missed out on the sale.Helen arranged for me to order them at full price and then refunded the difference which was brilliant! Thank you very much x💚

I bought cotton hoody, joggers and some t shirts and they're all great quality and feel soft/comfy to wear.
The customer service has been absolutely brilliant too. I accidentally forgot to include an item in my returns package and Max and the team have been very helpful, friendly and accommodating with me sorting this out and sending the forgotten item separately.
They were very helpful and understanding of my mistake.

Order 8963405, I paid for 1st class expedited delivery, the order took a week to arrive. Royal Mail did not deliver on time and claimed I wasn't in, I was in. Came the next day late in the evening. The hoodie tops were awful, the fit was shockingly bad, very narrow, bulky pockets, too short in the body and sleeves and felt cheap and stiff. Complete waste of time. The returns are a hassle - you have to print the returns label - it prints out a full A4 sheet! The whole experience was rubbish - never again. Probably have to wait and badger for the refund too. Thumbs 👎.
I am honestly shocked at low ratings as I purchased here at least 3 times now and was amazed by quality of products. 100% cotton clothing is rare to find these days, unless it's priced as gold. Here I got reasonably priced clothes that help my sensory issues - I'm autistic and my body only accepts pure cotton or pure linen, so I can't have polyester mixed in, even if it is in small amounts. Rapanui clothing is superb. I think people do not realise that REAL fibers such as cotton or linen do shrink! You gotta wash it in very low temperatures or in cold water.
Really lovely products that give a feel good factor in terms of being environmentally conscious. Gifts or for yourself. Well made and great fit. Great quality and good customer service if you need help. The human touch is there. Thank you!
At checkout I noticed I was charged more than the advertised sale price. I took screenshots and went ahead with the purchase, then let Rapanui Customer Service know. After some days they got back to me, denying that this could have happened. I sent all evidence and have never heard back. Tee mills Customer Experience Team sign off on the emails but don’t do a good job. It’s such a pity because the ethos and product is good.

Same issue as many others have reported—total lack of honesty regarding delivery and zero accountability when things go wrong.
They advertise 5–10 working days for Ireland on their website, but when my order hadn’t moved in 18 days, they suddenly invented a "28-day" rule. It’s a blatant deflection tactic. Instead of actually investigating the shipment or calling the courier (Spring GDS) to find out where my package was, they just told me to keep waiting for a date that isn't mentioned anywhere in their official policy.
It is incredibly dishonest to take a customer's money and then, when the service fails, refuse to even pick up the phone to track the item. Based on other reviews, it seems like they know these packages aren't arriving, but they’d rather let you sit in limbo for a month than provide actual customer service.
When I pressed them for an investigation, they just refunded me rather than fixing the problem. It’s clear they don't have a handle on their logistics and have no interest in helping customers once they’ve hit "pay." If you're in Ireland and expect your items in a reasonable timeframe, look elsewhere.

If I could rate it more stars I would. Customer service were awesome (thanks Helen!) - I emailed Sunday evening and got a reply first thing Monday morning when they opened - resolving my issue immediately. An issue that was entirely my own fault. And of course the clothes themselves are top notch

I've purchased from Rapanuin on 3 separate occasions, drawn in by their strong marketing and ethical stances. Unfortunately I've been disappointed on each occasion by the quality of their clothing. They tout 100% organic cotton but what they don't tell you is that it's really thin, low grade organic cotton. I've sent 2 of 3 orders back as they shrunk after the first wash. What was supposed to be a warm oversized lounge top is now a thin crop top. The first time I wore it, my girlfriend, unprompted, felt the material and said - "you get better quality at Primark"
Make no mistake - this is not premium clothing, and you're better off spending your money elsewhere

Super customer service - have been communicating with Lydia. She dealt with the issue extremely well despite the order back dating from March last year. Very polite, friendly & accommodating. Clothing all very well made, organic and items can be sent back to be reused in other ways - great! Very happy with outcome.
