Had two devices from Raylo on a rolling month to month lease, when I returned the first one they tried to charge me over £600 for damage that I didn’t cause and it took a month to resolve, the second device they still took payment after I had returned it and it took a month to get that refunded, will not use them again. Also why do I have to speak to an AI and why is it so hard to get on a phone call with a person to sort out an issue? This shouldn’t be this difficult
The overall service was great! The only negative point was that I was offered more than what was advertised on the site. For example Iphone 16e was advertised at £26pm but after the credit check it was offered at £32. Then a further check was run and I needed to pay £54 deposit as well. I did get the deposit back fast though and the phone was delivered fast and packaging was excellent. I think there needs to be more clarity with the extra amount per month and the deposit. This should have been shown on the same screen. I understand why I needed to pay more but the process was a little confusing and this should be improved. But overall a great service from Raylo.
My overall experience was good until recently ive been a brilliant customer paid my bills on time and had no issues was preappoved for more devices so went on to try and get a device to help with my healthcare with me going through a health crisis at the moment and get refused all because of my identity being stolen and problems arising because of it so basically the fact I was pre approved doesn't mean nothing so now on top of my issues im dealing with there's 2 new marks on my credit file a note to raylo this goes against me even more now

Great first time experience for me though my son tried to order ans was said to be a problem . He had no debt and this was very annoying as he needs a new phone .

I had the same phone for nearly 4 years It worked perfectly and was in good condition. However, when I decided to end the subscription, they said they found the fault beyond the repair and charged me rediculous amount of money. It is an old model, there's no way it's worth that much. I contacted them but they weren't helpful and took them ages to answer my messages. I've been a very loyal customer for years but I will never return in the future. Definitely avoid Raylo, I don't recommend.

I have to say I was dubious, but gave it a go. I'm glad I did, as the phone I received is in fantastic condition, for a refurbished handset. Equally surprised and also pleased that bundled with the handset was a screen protector and case. All in all fantastic. Thank you Raylo :)

I found this company on line i needed a new phone as my old one was well outdated so i gave raylo a try so i ordered my phone i recived my new phone in 3 days for a used phone its in very good condition i am very happy with it many thanks Raylo all is working as should.😀

Not realisd my samsung s25 ultra actualy cost more than a contract with phone over 2 years this phone will cost me about £1000 had to get data contract seperate so all in this phone will never be mine so quite an expensive hire rate and as prices drop this phone will be worth less than the hire charge
