I have ordered a total of three times from revibe
The first order unfortunately I received a defective device so I opted for refund and that went hassle free and believe me after sales service and especially the support agents are extremely helpful understanding and try their best to help you. After receiving the refund I was impressed by their after sales service so I literally ordered within an hour of receiving the refund the same device and received an excellent device this time.
Then this year I ordered iphone 13 pro max but unfortunately I received a defective device too but was not worried having a good experience before so this time I opted for warranty claim. The support agents Were extremely good professional and helpful and so my claim went through shipping was also arranged by revibe. And now I will be receiving my device pretty soon( haven't received now). Only reason for me to again opt for revibe is their after sales service cause issues can happen even with best intentions but revibe cares and their support agents are really good and try to help you in getting everything sorted. Laila from revibe helped me getting all the things sorted for warranty claim and was extremely understanding and professional. For me I believe these people are the face of the company and made my experience great and these interactions with the support agents were the only reason for me ordering again.

I honestly regret buying a laptop from revibe.ae.
From the moment I placed the order until the day I finally received the laptop, it was disappointment after disappointment. The experience was nothing like what they advertise.
They loudly claim a “10-day return policy”, but that feels more like a trap than a policy. Once you actually receive the device and realize the quality is poor, suddenly there are conditions, excuses, and penalties. If you try to return it, they tell you to pay 10% of the amount, even though the product is clearly not as promised.
The laptop I received looked artificially made to appear new — parts were colored, and stickers were used to cover wear and tear. It honestly felt misleading. This is not what you expect when you’re paying for a “refurbished but premium quality” device.
Overall build quality? Very bad.
Transparency? Zero.
Customer trust? Completely broken.
I feel fooled, and I don’t want others to go through the same frustration. Please think twice before ordering from Revibe.ae. Marketing looks good, but the reality is very different once the product is in your hands.
This is just my genuine experience, and I’m sharing it so others can make an informed decision.

My experience with Revibe has been extremely disappointing. For more two weeks, I received nothing but repeated generic responses with no real update, no accountability, and no resolution. This kind of copy-paste communication shows a clear lack of ownership and customer care.
What’s most frustrating is that this issue involved a simple courier dispatch, yet Revibe failed to handle it in a timely or transparent manner. When delays happen, honest communication is the bare minimum — instead, I was left chasing answers.
I work in the service industry myself, and this level of professionalism is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I am relieved I did not proceed with purchasing a mobile phone from Revibe, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before doing so.
This experience reflects poorly on Revibe’s customer service standards, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously rather than continuing with scripted responses.

i bought jbl clip4 almost one week ago, which is brand new from revibe and it’s suddenly turning it off. music plays only for 2-3 minutes then shut down for 24 hours.
and when i’m asking for the support, it’s same old conversation happens; sending an email mentioning my jbl returning inquiry is closed. without even taking care of the inquiry. really disappointed. and warranty is not included in the box, and returning isn’t allowed because it’s brand new, that’s what revibe team believes. very very disappointed.

I receive the phone yesterday after that got my address wrong with the courier company. And the phones battery is so swollen that the back cover is coming off.
When i request a claim i have to waiting for longer than half a month to get what i actually paid for. customer services is useless. i submitted a video of how the battery is messed up and i must still waiting half a month to get an operable phone.

To your response below!! I was given numbers to contact the DHL which I did and they had no idea what I'm talking about as the information u gave was insufficient. It's now being made like its my fault when u had send several messages confirming that pick up will be done!
