I sent 3,940 USD to Shenzhen Huaxin Anti-Counterfeiting Company to have products made, but they didn't send the products. He scammed me I filed a complaint about this company on the Made-in-China platform. It's been unresolved for about 3 months. And today, the Made-in-China platform sent me an email saying they closed my case. I need help, please.
