Absolutely abysmal customer service. Came out to a fully working lift and l then left us with a non working lift for over a week and counting. People with lifts for disability NEED TO USE THEM. Even a second visit has not sorted the issue and they left with the message "they will come back with the diagrams from the manual"! The height of incompetence.
