What you order is not what you thin peice of foam is not a 7 layer quality material they dont attach to the car in any way. The clips they send dont exactly hold anything in place they dont do refunds so chargeback is the only option with them

The mats are terrible quality - not leather! Don't know how they get away with the descriptions????

DO NOT buy anything from this company. They say that they are a proud British company with head office in London, their head office is a ghost mail drop,HR5 3DJ,check on Google maps. Their goods come from China not Italy. It wouldn't surprise me if they are buying from temu an pocketing the profits. They have stopped taking orders at the moment....probably going bust because their scam has been found out.

Very poor quality, drivers mat lasted less than 4 months and with a very negative response from customer service!! Would not recommend

Poor customer feedback. Only one mobile number that can be called which is never answered. Product is manufactured in Italy and then imported back to the UK. This was not made clear as part of the online sales process. Most likely there will be import duty to pay on top of the original price. Tracking links don't work and dispite asking for a working link none was provided. Not the best experience. I can't recommend. I'm still waiting for my order three weeks on.

0 Star,Absolute garbage, been waiting for over 5 month for replacment mats, due to their mistake not mine , ordered two sets of mats, 1 for vauxhall mokka, other for an Astra, because they sent 2 set for the Mocca, Black green stiching for the Mokka, Black white stiching for the Astra, got the color right, but sent both for the Mokka, both sets dont fit.
Emails back and too, they take yoyr money mess everthing up ,and will not replace or refund.
Nothing is made in the UK, Chinese cheap crap.

It's so easy to order make model of you car & the design of your mats when recieved the quality is very good fitting simple customer service 5 star would recommend.

Stay well away from this company. They advertise products that meant to be durable and last longing. Their return policy within 14days from the date of purchase (takes 7days to arrive and you have to keep it out of your package for 7 days before installation). Once installed your 14 days gone and you can not return or get refund.
Their product is terrible as it pierce through with high heels and doesn’t fit as it should. I bought mine paid £159 and lasted for less then a month. I had to go back to my traditional mats.

Ordered my mats. Received an email asking a question about my car. I answered but also I asked a question but received no response after several emails. As soon I reviewed them they contacted me. I have been told my mats are in manufacturing. But today I received an email saying they are sorry they are not taking any new orders as they are so busy. So I think I have been scammed. So be very careful dealing with Whipmats. Think I will have to go else where for mats. And just right off the money I have paid.

if i could give zero stars i would. Mats arrived badly creased and without retention post holes for footwell. Proceeded with a successful chargeback.

2months later repeat attempts by co owner to recover refund that has so far included a German Debt Collection company and German Traffic Law lawyers. So much for them being "Proud to be British"

If you win a chargeback with this outfit dont pay when they send you the invoice the invoice address is a company that was dissolve. they will email you then block them they will then send you a letter on a fake solicitor heading and ask you to pay on another company dont pay and to the idiot who runs this outfit you were given out solicitor address so i suggest you contact them and i will see you in court. Your letters burn well on my logburner

Great mats. Just got these, they were very easy to install and very good quality, very happy with this.

Overall, the product does not match the description. Material very cheap certainly not leather. Ordered Nov 2025 for Christmas present.

The mats did not fit correctly and they move about all the time which is not so great when it has moved under the pedal making it dangerous when all bulked up under the pedals. They are not fit for purpose.

The pictures on there website over inflate how good the mats are you think you are buying a bespoke set of mats .

Its a scam, do not use this company. Do not part with your money, these guys do not follow any of the UKs protecting purchasing regulations.

The owner and director is Allan Roble DE Lara. This information is on companies house states his place of residence is the Philippines is Nationally is Filipino. So the adverts showing the owner prompting procedures as misleading.

I am in the process of a section 75 via the credit card.

Received the ordered items, and left them flast as instructed for a week. hen I cam to fit them, found that they are not the right size or shape for my car. Ttried telephoning to get some advise - voice mail only - no call back. Same result with e:mails. Deadly silence. Have posted comments on their fce book page, claimig a refund as promised.

I would say that the sales patter is mostly misleading.
And the business plan is to get as much of your money as possible with excuses.
I bought some mats after an extended period they arrived but didn’t fit my vehicle, even though I answered all questions correctly (sent 4 door and I have a coupe) on requesting the correct ones I was told I would have to pay for the delivery again.
This was questions by myself as this was their mistake and not mine, this has now gone quiet with no response and will be escalated to consumer groups for assistance.
Quality isn’t great TBH and I was happy to just get my money back for which has also gone very quiet.
In my opinion I would say don’t buy anything from them!

Rating it a 1 start is being generous. An absolute awful company. Mats are most definitely not custom made. The website, the social media ads are very misleading. The customer service is awful, i have done everything they have asked and still they are avoiding a refund. I have also reviewed the returns policy and i have to say that most definitely has not been followed. Avoid buying from this company at all costs...
