RUN!!!! Don’t buy from this company

Update: 10 years later and this company never made things right. Do your research before buying from this company.

Wouldn't reccomend buying from this company. Very slow delivery time and a printer i bought from them a couple years ago that was supposed to be “refurbished” came caked in dust and looks as if they pulled it out of storage somewhere and ended up having nothing but problems with it. Ended up buying a new printer from another company brand new. Save your money and buy new or find a different company to go through. These guys used to be "The Plotter Depot" and keep changing their business name to try to get away from all their negative reviews. Do your research.

Purchased a HPT2530 last year from…

Purchased a HPT2530 last year from Wideimage. It had began to experience issues. Len sent out an engineer three times to resolve. As it was an intermittent fault it had been difficult to pin this down. However after further interrogation it was found that the stacker had an issue. Len sent out his team with a new stacker and replaced it without any further fuss. The important thing to remember is this, things do go wrong, especially if they are pre-owned- its how you resolve the issues and Len has done so. Well done Len and his team.

I asked them to come to my location for…

I asked them to come to my location for training HP equipment set up and usage because I am new to this industry.
They had me pay $650 for this training. Their training person showed up at 2pm on a Friday.
When he arrived I discovered that he only spoke the Spanish language. I am a caucasian American in Oklahoma. I don't speak spanish. When I called and told them I want a refund or send an english speaking trainer, they refused. They told me that they sent his girlfriend to interpret for him and that should be sufficient.
So I sent them back with no training because she barely spoke english as well.

DON'T WASTE YOU TIME OR MONEY FOR TRAINING WITH THESE YOKELS.

I purchased a HP printer from Carlos at…

I purchased a HP printer from Carlos at wide image solutions I used a lease company that he featured on his website they charged me a $480 document fee that no one informed me of so I knew I did not want to continue on a lease with a company like that so I cancelled the lease they informed me that I had to pay Carlos at wide image solutions the entire balance which I did. The problem is that Carlos did not pay them there money the entire amount that I paid him for nearly 2 months he LIED about the printer being on backorder for 2 months and right when he said the printer was no longer on backorder and on its way to me is when he paid the lease company there money...
So they are debiting my bank account as if we still have a contract when I had paid the lease off nearly 2 months earlier directly to his company and I have receipts.. CARLOS IS TOTALLY CORRUPT he is a liar and if I take them to small claims court I will Win .
The Problem with people like him is they have burned many people and COURT JUDGEMENTS MEAN NOTHING TO THEM THIS IS HOW HE DOES BUSINESS.

Total scammers

Total scammers. Business mantra seems to be "lie when able". Paid for items not received. Company refuses to make it right. Company used to do business as Plotter Depo or Plotter Depot.
