Ordered a snowboard set for our kid on 02/02/2026 with shipping date of 3-5 days, 8 days later nothing has been shipped or picked up by fedex. It is impossible to get a hold of customer support via chat, email or telephone (this just loops a tape saying you need to contact support via email or chat). Since we are leaving on ski holiday on the 13th, I'm trying to cancel this order but I'm unable due to no contact possible.
Everything went smooth and the order arrived a day sooner than expected.
The staff in Turku Finland really helpful and pros in customer service! So sad that you are closing the shop :(
Also the customer service online solved my case/problem very fast!

I didn't even get to purchase any items from this company - as their customer service seems to be non-existent. I had £400 worth of products ready to purchase, but hit an issue when the website wouldn't accept my address because I only have a house name and not a number. I tried a LiveChat with their Bot to sort the issue, but was told I need to speak to a human. I was told "they will be in touch soon". After a couple of hours of not hearing anything, I then tried the suggested Whatsapp chat. 24 hours later I have still not received a response from either the LiveChat or Whatsapp and have given up and purchased from elsewhere. Don't bother....

I actually like this store. But the customer service is bad to say the least. The pair of skis i ordered got broken by the Austrian post. No one let me know that happened and I had to write multiple emails and call for them to even respond. Then I asked for a pair of replacement skis which was not possible because the ones I ordered were the last ones in that price range. Their solution was giving me a refund without letting me know even though I ordered my skis on time, never got them and had aski trip planned for next week. For this painstaking process that lasted almost two weeks for my troubles they sent me a 10e giftcard....Thanks for nothing

I ordered a skijacket two weeks ago, still has not arrived, their excuse is that they don’t have it in their storage so they need it from another, a week goes by, they write the same again, I ask if it will arrive in time for my upcoming ski trip, of course they can’t promise that, but the most frustrating thing is that they take FOREVER to answer! Why not ship the jacket from the other storage directly? I suspect that you do not have the jacket, and are just stalling!
AND you have withdrawn the money!! NO that is NOT common practice’

I have been choosing my snowboard boots since last summer. And there were 4-5 orders and returns, because boots did fit well.
It was a big deal for me, and guys from Blue Tomato Koskikeskus (Tampere) were super patient and sympathetic. Many Thanks for Alex and colleagues, I finally got what I was looking for.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced .
I placed an order on the 14th with express delivery, which promised delivery within 1 to 2 days. When I realized the order hadn't been shipped after 2 days, I called customer service where they told me they were waiting to receive it from the supplier and that it would arrive by the end of the week, and that they would refund the express delivery fee. This never happened. I called again the following week, and they again assured me they would refund the delivery fee, which didn't happen. I sent an email that never received a response! After 12 days I called again and they informed me that they don't know when they will receive the order.

Happy with the information on the website in regards to sizing, shipping, etc.
Order placed on Thursday and shipped on Firday. At first the delivery time would be the next Friday (I live remotely in the Arctic and 1 week is normal here). Actual delivery was 2 days sooner on Wednesday.
Happy with my shopping experience.

Incredibly fast shipping! I received my order in Slovakia just one day after placing it. Even though it shipped from Austria, it arrived faster than my usual orders from the Czech Republic. Everything was perfectly packed and arrived in mint condition. Highly recommended!

Hands down the worst customer service i have had. I came across Blue Tomato on the top cash back listed retailers. It was because of this I used them to purchase an £85 backpack in early December. I revived a confirmation email of purchase and then nothing for a couple weeks, only to be told it would take a little longer than expected. After another week I finally email asking for an update only to be told they were still waiting for a supplier. Having missed out on the December Christmas sales I asked if there would be any compensation for the delay and was given £10 voucher - which you can receive anyways for signing up to their newsletter. Still without any update or idea of what was going on i called their customer service phone line and was told they only placed an order from the supplier on the 5th January but I would be upgraded to special delivery. My bag finally arrived on the 19th of January, according to google maps I could have walked from house in the south of Wales to Austria in 15 days and 6 hours so not sure what was special about the delivery upgrade. And to top it off like many other customers I have come to discover- Blue Tomato have a long history of not honouring their top cash back contribution so not sure why they are still registered. Avoid this company and their shocking attitude towards their customers.
I have emailed you, and their are numerous emails with my order number and concerns, so I await your response to this matter.

I ordered a snowboard and 4 days after i have ordered there there was a special for the same board. Wrote the support and ask for the the price difference and BlueTomato (Domenico answered quick and friendlich) offered me the same board for the special price. 3 days later I had already the refund on my account. Great service.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Blue Tomato. I placed an order and paid for a product several weeks ago, but after 25 days, I received an email stating that the product is no longer available. This is completely unacceptable and unreliable.
Not only did I waste my time, but I also lost my vacation because of this delay, and the fact that I wasn’t informed earlier is frustrating. Furthermore, customer service was not helpful at all and did not provide any real solution to the issue.
