We ordered a garden bench from "mobilclick" in February and paid directly via PayPal. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the delivery today. The hotline is not available and our emails have not been answered either.
Absolutely not recommended - scam website?

Order number 5000090707. I ordered 120 chairs in September 2023 and am still waiting for them. I received an email in January 2024 to say the order has been completed and they will let me know when they have been shipped. I’ve sent 4 emails for an update and have received nothing back. So far I am over £3000 out of pocket. Please get in touch

Three chairs, never arrived me.
No Trust in this italian company.

I was initially hesitant to order because of some negative reviews but everything went perfectly fine. I received the chair I ordered in perfect condition and well within the indicated schedule. Communication was also very good, my question by email was answered within a couple hours.

Don't be seduced by the cheap price if you are based in the UK. In addition to the amount you pay MobilClick, there will be an additional charge to pay the delivery company to cover import duties/VAT charged by the UK government. MobilClick don't tell you this (although the small print of their contract refers to the buyer being responsible for import duty). So if you're in the UK, I would suggest finding a UK based supplier. Beyond that, customer service was non existent (they did not reply to emails), delivery by FedEx was poor (boxes left on my door step at a London address because no-one was in), limited information about delivery and the delivery was late. All-in-all a very bad experience.

I have experienced a bad customer service.
Information on their website isn't enough and can be misleading. I had to pay a material import related taxes (I wasn't advised about logistic costs during my purchase) . Due to import tax and communication issues , return process isn't simple or not possible. I wouldn't recommend anyone to do any purchase from here if you are based outside the EU zone.

I got my phone screen replaced with one of their indestructible phone screen protectors. I dropped it once a week later and the screen and the screen protector broke. They offered to replace the screen protector and tried to charge me twice what I originally paid to fix my phone screen. They tried to tell me the warranty doesn't include protecting the phone and kept trying to hustle me to fix it instead of just giving me the new screen protector as I asked.

Order arrived damaged
I ordered 4 chairs. One arrived damaged (seat not frame). DHL who delivered were not happy that I insisted on taking photos (which Mobilclick had advised was important) and claimed that they marked the delivery as damaged.

I sent the photos to mobilclick and initially they were quite helpful, and informed me that they had submitted an insurance claim. But no replaceent arrived, nor any correspondence, nor instructions on what to do with the damaged one. However, 4 months later they have now gone quiet and are not responding to my emails.

To add insult to injury DHL are chasing me for additional duty (I paid some on arrival). I have refused to pay this until I get the undamaged goods.

I ordered bed in September 2023 for 1300£. To date I haven't received my order. Company said they sent refund, however never confirmed this via email. I did not receive any refund to date (July 2023). They are not responding to my emails and there is no English speaking staff available.

Very poor quality. I got it nearly half price so its not too bad but i would not recommend them to anyone. There are a few blemishes on the wood as well, they did not take care in making it. I also thought pine was heavy not light so its debatable if it is even pine

This is a scam. After 2 months i haven't received my chairs yet. Customer service is ridiculous!

I originally ordered 6 kitchen chairs and a table.2 chairs unfortunately arrived damaged.I contacted the company with evidence.They were incredibly professionally and promised free replacement asap.Today the 2 chairs arrived very well packaged and in perfect condition.Delighted.Well done

Excellent customer service, I ordered 5 bar stools, which arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend mobilclick based on my first experience using mobilclick. Thank you from a very satisfied customer.

Discovered destroyed product in the (not-so-damaged) box. Some of the damages can come from transport, but I expect others to be present before shipping and known by the supplier. This is very, very wrong. I assume they try to liquidate their damaged / unsold items though their customers and/or transporter (via insurance).
Really, in this case, this is wrong. Fraud.

Ordered chairs were in poor condition, corner broken on one and foot rest missing completely on other (despite perfect packaging). MobilClick knowingly packed and sent defective products. Client service is nonexistant, circles of communication amounting to nothing.

DO NOT BUY HERE!

Order a table which was sent without the legs.
They do not claim any responsibility saying it was the senders problem They do not refound the money and never sent the legs. All the money thrown away!

We had a big order from Mobilclick. One stool arrived seriously broken with undamaged box inside and just a small scratch on completely opposite side of the box from the damage. Company refused to refund the money, claimed we were supposed to sign on delivery some reservation of control that noone has ever heard in UK and delivery guy did not have that option. It is quite obvious that product had been PACKED BROKEN! Do not buy anything from this company, this is how they treat a customer who spent nearly £2000 with them!

We ordered 3 lovely bar stools from MobilClick back in July this year. One of them had a faulty gas lift mechanism so we contacted the company immediately to report the problem. We were told that their supplier was closed for the whole of August but they would send a replacement gas lift as soon as they reopened in September. In September we were assured the item had been sent but we requested the postal tracking information as it still hadn't arrived. We were given no tracking information(although it was promised) and now MobilClick are refusing to reply to our emails. Consequently we are left with quite an expensive bar stool that we cannot use. During the whole process we had no apology. We feel that we have been constantly fobbed off by MobilClick and really do question the integrity of this company. Proceed with caution!

My order arrived in time and in perfect condition. I recommend this seller!

Received 4 chairs and a table 3 weeks after the order. Everything was perfect.

The problem was that I did not receive any tracking number or confirmation that the order was sent. Moreover, the transporter did not call to fix an appointment.
