I am still waiting for my rewards
EDIT: After writing a 1 star review the Nicequest Team have finally resolved this issue and refunded my points. It should not take a bad review to resolve any issues. I contacted Nicequest twice but was told there was nothing they could do, so it seems to get things resolved with Nicequest you need to mark them negatively for them to do something to help. Not an ideal way to resolve complaints, but they have now resolved it. Updated the review to 3 stars and keeping the original message up for users who have a complaint and are unable to resolve it with Nicequest. [ Prior review left was "I am still waiting for over a whole month to get my gift card yet the company are still saying we don’t have any at the moment. This was a 50 pound amazon gift card and nicequest have deducted my points yet my gate eu amilon are not acting on this issue. Basically I have been deducted points and have not been given my reward after 30 days. The company they are using are obviously a scam. I am truly disappointed completely with how this has been dealt with. After I contacted amilon all I get each time is we don’t have anything. If this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. Truly unethical business practices here and nicequest will not do anything about it so they in themselves are being unethical and promoting rewards. A warning to all here! Beware of Nicequest ]

Can't change password or redeem
The surveys are easy and they aren't too long. I love the gift cards available to redeem for. The issues I have is I try to reset my password but I constantly get an error message, you're not able to contact customer support unless you're signed in, and I've been trying to redeem for a gift card for over a month but they haven't been in stock.

The surveys are easy and I don't think I've ever been disqualified from one. But....the Amazon and Walmart gift cards are very rarely available. Why is this? It's frustrating!

I have never had any problems with any of the surveys, they're really awesome and easy to do. I never been disculified when doing the surveys, like I have been in other survey websites. I just wished that they had more items to choose from other than just gift cards that I will never use. They did have more items to choose from like a laundry basket for items for a baby, even toys.

I am very disappointed in this company. They only allow you to redeem points for Amazon once in a lifetime! How silly! What am I supposed to do with my points and why would I bother taking more surveys! I would not recommend taking surveys with this company. There are far better ones out there that actually reward you for your time.

I don't recommend NiceQuest
I've been trying to redeem rewards points since November 2024. They don't tell you upfront that you can only get a Walmart or PayPal reward once in a lifetime. I've now been trying to get 2 Burger King gift cards, but they aren't available. The number of gifts and gift cards has dwindled dramatically in the past 2 yrs. I suspect the panel will be closing sooner rather than later without paying out the earned rewards.

I was about to claim my reward value of…
I was about to claim my reward value of £50 today - other times I have nearly claimed the reward I wanted seemed to have vanished from the offered rewards. I could not remember my password for the site, and asked for a reset link. One came and I attempted to reset the password but OOPs- said the company, something has gone wrong you will have to try again. I did try several times, and the button to send the password link to me failed to operate. I tried to contact the company but you have to be able to log in to contact them or go to your account, and I could not log in because I needed to reset the password. I suspect that I will not ever be able to reset the password or claim my valuable reward for all the work I have done for them over the years. Although surveys can be fun to complete, they take up a fair amount of energy and consume power as well as hours of our time.
Any company whom you cannot contact and get an answer from a real live human being is not playing fair.
Thank you for your reply to trustpilot- I still cannot sign in- I cannot contact nicequest at all because my account needs a password and there is no other way than through this page to contact you. I cannot reset my password - although you sent an email link to me- it also gave me a page with OOPs we cannot do this- do the whole procedure of resetting the password again, and the send button fails to work when I go to the start again. Would nicequest please email me direct and tell me what password they will accept to claim my membership reward for several years of work for them. If not they are hopeless and do not deserve a one star review

Nicequest a caring survey site
Nicequest is a great survey site, I have been doing surveys with them for many years. Recently I had a problem with a reward, which was actually my fault!! They were so helpful and sorted everything out. The surveys are easy to do and understand the rewards are good, you have to persevere to get your rewards but it’s all worth it!!
