the plumber was wonderful and I would…

the plumber was wonderful and I would use him again anytime I needed a plumber but I do find technology like the task rabbit site confusing and horrendous to use. my phone does not like changing pages and is not sure how to use the app. perhaps it is because I have an android phone and not apple. i can't afford to change my phone so I do hope task rabbit can simplify the contact information. Excellent worker, fair prices and speedy results

fooled by Trust pilot reviews on site - no order received and their email address is not working so you cannot get in touch with them. I cannot afford the loss of money and feel so foolish to have wasted so much on a scam website on facebook. I liked the idea of a toy that charged with a cable and did not use expensive batteries. i realised that it could not possibly be as wonderful as the puppy shown in video, but like a fool expected to receive some walking dog toys for grandchildren for Xmas in the promised 24- 48 hours. Not a clue given that it was coming from China- said UK seller with trustpilot reviews. Nothing received, A tracking number that does not appear to work at all. The site says SOLD OUT- so there must be many other people who have been misled. I will contact my CC company but fear I have lost out, thanks to Facebook not checking that the advertisers are genuine. I will not be buying anything else from their ads. Would they please refund the money

I was about to claim my reward value of…

I was about to claim my reward value of £50 today - other times I have nearly claimed the reward I wanted seemed to have vanished from the offered rewards. I could not remember my password for the site, and asked for a reset link. One came and I attempted to reset the password but OOPs- said the company, something has gone wrong you will have to try again. I did try several times, and the button to send the password link to me failed to operate. I tried to contact the company but you have to be able to log in to contact them or go to your account, and I could not log in because I needed to reset the password. I suspect that I will not ever be able to reset the password or claim my valuable reward for all the work I have done for them over the years. Although surveys can be fun to complete, they take up a fair amount of energy and consume power as well as hours of our time.
Any company whom you cannot contact and get an answer from a real live human being is not playing fair.
Thank you for your reply to trustpilot- I still cannot sign in- I cannot contact nicequest at all because my account needs a password and there is no other way than through this page to contact you. I cannot reset my password - although you sent an email link to me- it also gave me a page with OOPs we cannot do this- do the whole procedure of resetting the password again, and the send button fails to work when I go to the start again. Would nicequest please email me direct and tell me what password they will accept to claim my membership reward for several years of work for them. If not they are hopeless and do not deserve a one star review

Do you do anything Trustpilot?

Do you do anything? Does the reply from the company mean that is the end of the matter. The Royal mail tell me that on the 15th of feb they returned the package to the sender. The sender- viovet tells me they have not been able to pick up their return packages. I am largely out of pocket with this company- I am a pensioner and cannot afford this loss- at the time of the sale- they say I ignored the address they sent to initially I was undergoing cataract surgery and could not see to read easily. Never mund that- how long does it take a company who is reputable to pick up their returned parcels? If you accept any old email from the company concerned why have i bothered to report this as a rip off?

Delivered to my old address- blamed me…

Delivered to my old address- blamed me for not checking they were using the right address though I have purchased many times from my current address over the last 3 years. I sent them a vet prescription costing me £20- the postal service returned the parcel to them on the 15th of February according to tracking on royal mail. the excuse now for a refund or sending the items to the right address is that they have not been to the address their returns go to over the last 20 days- (are too busy with customer emails to even answer at present) I am now over £50 out of pocket- a pensioner- they still have a prescription of mine - I no longer trust them to do anything at all. Still waiting for the vet medication and very upset.02/02

Elegant navy velvet blanket

I like my weighted blankets which arrived separately. I wish I hand only bought one, not two. They are nice but make little difference to me. I should probably have bought the hooded jacket instead of the second blanket. It would have been more useful. I like Kuddly items but they are a bit expensive and now I am inundated with hard sell emails far too often

I love my new supplier- love the fact…

I love my new supplier- love the fact that I feel in charge and they don't keep offering different tariffs nobody can keep up with. I have spent less and felt better using their supply over the last nine months- join them- I did and I feel that I am doing my bit for a healthier planet.

I love this garden centre -

it relaxes me just looking around and seeing the plants, the colour and the pretty things inside. Good coffee and you can take your little dogs inside- and they ahve a good selection of pet beds etc. Not the cheapest, but a very pleasant place to be and go with your elderly customer card for a discount on Wednesdays .
