I was about to claim my reward value of £50 today - other times I have nearly claimed the reward I wanted seemed to have vanished from the offered rewards. I could not remember my password for the site, and asked for a reset link. One came and I attempted to reset the password but OOPs- said the company, something has gone wrong you will have to try again. I did try several times, and the button to send the password link to me failed to operate. I tried to contact the company but you have to be able to log in to contact them or go to your account, and I could not log in because I needed to reset the password. I suspect that I will not ever be able to reset the password or claim my valuable reward for all the work I have done for them over the years. Although surveys can be fun to complete, they take up a fair amount of energy and consume power as well as hours of our time.
Any company whom you cannot contact and get an answer from a real live human being is not playing fair.
Thank you for your reply to trustpilot- I still cannot sign in- I cannot contact nicequest at all because my account needs a password and there is no other way than through this page to contact you. I cannot reset my password - although you sent an email link to me- it also gave me a page with OOPs we cannot do this- do the whole procedure of resetting the password again, and the send button fails to work when I go to the start again. Would nicequest please email me direct and tell me what password they will accept to claim my membership reward for several years of work for them. If not they are hopeless and do not deserve a one star review
