Very bad delivery timelines
I am very frustrated with their delivery. On the website, they promote with expected delivery of 1-2 days, but the food does not arrive within the period at all.
When I called the service center, they told me that there is a delay because I also ordered their offer on a test package with chicken taste, and they don’t have it on stock. Never did the website under the order say that it was out of stock. If I knew it, I wouldn’t have ordered it as I knew we were shortly running of our dogs food. We are now out of our dogs food and no status update on when the food will be delivered. I find it very frustrating since the company promotes with 1-2 days delivery. Seriously considering switching to a different brand which I know I can buy on hand in a store because you cannot count on Oliver’s deliveries.

The website has so many errors that you can’t make an order half of the time. Extremely frustrating. Sometimes you can’t pay for your order and sometimes you can’t log in to the website.

Really disappointed
Really disappointed. Hoped to support a Danish pet food company. Communication is really poor, although they seem good at sending loads of email adverts. They said they ran out of the dog food we ordered and offered an alternative (smaller bag) but then we didn't hear from them again. Our dogs need to eat so we had to buy somewhere else. If we can't trust them to send the dog food then we can't use them.

UPDATE:
Olivers continue to take money, even though I have cancelled all orders and subscriptions. Impossible to contact them by phone which just goes to a message saying they will open the phone lines later.

Bad experience and not satisfied customer
Still haven't got any answer from sending mail to the customer support mail regarding that I want my money back from a food delivery that was never sent out to me.
And when a new delivery was sent out despite I claimed I wanted money back instead it was to the wrong adress. This adress problem was also an ongoing problem for weeks that the customer support handled really really bad.
I've been in contact with 2 persons on the customer support through e-mail but still haven't got any good answers. Also talked with 1 person from Denmark on phone at one time.
