I placed an order for a silk blouse

I placed an order for a silk blouse. 2 weeks later the website says it’s shipped but no tracking info is provided. I asked for tracking info, the customer info rep tells me that they will give an update in 72 hours. The level of incompetence seems so high.

Oh save your money and buy stuff from a different vendor that’s more eager to get your money and give you the product and have you return for more.

Uses incompetent shipping company

Customer service was good, but they use an unusual shipping company (Jitsu) who can’t deliver to PO Box and likely doesn’t have access to your building’s mailroom either. This meant expensive goods were left sitting outside on a busy street. And stolen of course.

For my first order, wrong item sent

For my first order, Quince sent wrong item. It was a gift so there was a time sensitive factor in receiving the order within a certain window. Even after sending them a picture of the incorrect item, they will not send the correct item until they receive the other one back. That is their prerogative, but it meant I wasn't able to have the item to give as a gift. I will not order from them again.

This „company“ offers under several fake names products seemingly high quality but then comes from China cheep junk 100% polyester. You could return it to China which would cost more than the garbage is worth. Instagram still brings ads from this scammers and Paypal also does nothing but still does business with them!

This is a 5 star shopping experience

I know the company as Quince and I am assuming I am writing a review for it. My experiences (note plural) have been terrific. Shopping, shipping, receiving a lovely piece of clothing. Whoops, doesn't fit? No problem, repackage, get a mailing label, send it off. The minute Quince sees the package returning, you get your refund. Two choices, money back onto your charge card, or what I do, is leave the money in my Quince "bank" because I know that I will be purchasing again. Try the pointe pants, the cotton cashmere sweaters, the $50.00 cashmere sweaters, the flats, the leather bags.

Preorder Scam

I placed a preorder in February. Quince immediately charges you when you preorder, not once it ships. The first week of June they sent out a general email to all customers that the item I preordered was back in stock. The email urged customers to hurry, because it will sell out fast. I checked my order and the estimated ship date still said May 21st. I chatted with customer service and they said my item would ship June 9th. It didn’t. I reached out to customer service June 10th. No response. On June 11th I canceled the preorder, then ordered the item again as it was now in stock. Less than 24 hours later, the item shipped. Scammy. They took my money for a preorder, then gave me nothing. I now have a refund and a charge for the new order. They were quick to refund me, but not quick to honor their obligation the first go round.

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Return policy poor.
I have been waiting for my refund since May 1st it is now June 3rd. I was told my return was lost.
Really?? Then on May 21st, I was told a refund was issued. As of June 3rd, still no refund!
Trying to contact a customer service representative is almost impossible. The phone number given for customer service doesn’t work most of the time, and when it does work, you can only leave a message. As far as the chat customer service, there is such a delay between when a message is sent and when it is responded to, it can up to half hour to get point understood. Even then it won’t be resolved.
Dealing with Quince is next to impossible. Maybe that is their intension!

Return policy lacking

The clothing is good for the price. I have purchased mostly sweaters and they all have been good.
The return policy is NOT GOOD. I had a sweater with a small
Hole by the seam. Wanted to exchange for another one. Well…. I was barraged with questions. Did you wear it. Did you wash it. Send a pic of Hope with the quince label exposed. Do you have the original packaging. So much for 365 hassle free returns. The policy apparently is they will return if you haven’t worn or haven’t washed and have original
Packaging ….really for an internet store ?

What happened to Quince?

What happened to Quince? It used to look so chic almost like The Row—and it inspired me to shop there. Now, it feels more like Ann Taylor or a cheap JCPenney catalog.

Great Product - having return form accepted will take 365 days.

I tried to return a Christmas Present, wrong color. Filled out the return form on line (4 times) and sent e-mails (5) - no response. There are not automated responses to say if the return is received. I have returned several items since Christmas from other vendors, have refund or item in hand. With Quince we have yet to get them to acknowledge the form. At the time of this review, still trying. Stay away.

Cashmere sweater-pills

Ordered a cashmere sweater (fisherman style) and within a couple of weeks, it pilled very badly. Won't wear it outside house because it looks cheap.

Worst customer service and delivery…

Worst customer service and delivery times. I ordered something overBlack Friday weekend. It arrived in the US on the 6th. 7 days later and still no delivery and no delivery updates. Customer service email inquiry was met with a generic formula response. I followed up with additional email inquiries and received zero response. Hardly qualifies as “ customer service.”

Drivers don't care if you get your packages

The driver left my package outside the door of 5 story apartment building. I work every day and was not home to accept the package. By the time I got home, there was no package.
There were 2 options that every driver uses: an office with people who accept packages and Amazon Lockers.
I'm not likely to order again, since the delivery drivers don't care if customers receive their packages.

Exchange Policy Could Be Better

Ordered multiple items ranging from apparel to luggage. The quality was good. However, I do feel their return/exchange policy is lacking. I needed to exchange an item for a larger size and the process to do so wasn't great. Since this is strictly an online shop they could offer better options for exchanges (quicker turn-around and no cost to customer for example).

Most products of good quality

Most products of good quality. Website is easy to use, as are returns. There is no personal contact to rectify issues. Received a lovely Mongolian cashmere sweater with large moth holes all over. Wanted to replace for my trip and could not reach anyone....AI bots are their customer service.

Shady Company - save your money

I ordered 4 sweaters. One was refunded and they kept the money for the other 3. When I tried to inquire via their contact information as to the status of my order, it was ignored. I do not recommend as this company has either incompetency or integrity issues. I had to submit a credit card dispute - and I won't get that time back.

Booooo!

I ordered a Mongolian boatneck sweater from Quince. It is so thin, I don't think it should be allowed to be called a sweater. Their ad said it was super soft and cozy. Wrong! It doesn't feel like cashmere to me. I am so disappointed.
