Sarenza scammers

I sent back an item to sarenza. They confirmed they received it. Sarenza even told me they made the respective reimbursement. 3 weeks later my bank said no money was received from
Sarenza. I asked Sarenza 5 times to send me a copy of their bank transfer order but they refused silently. My loss was 90 eur. Scammers.

Don't waste your money

The worst company to deal with. Ordered something I saw them advertise as uggs (knowing wouldn't be the real ones) came.nothing like the website or advised and now ignoring any email to get a refund.

Absolute con artists!!

Absolute con artists!!! Brought what I thought were Uggs, as advertised on TikTok shop. Arrived, cheap nasty FAKES. Not even Ugg fakes. Just utter rubbish. I have been emailing for a refund and have RECEIVED NOTHING. Can anyone help me with getting some sort of response from these absolute con artists.

NO REFUND despite email from client space and deceitful indication on my personal webaccount

Return has arrived and been treated.
Personal space mentions that refund has been don, however, no refund has arrived to my bank account.
Unable to join through phone -this option is shown on the webpage but does noet exist-.
My mails remain unanswered.

On 13.08 I received a standard reply. No further mail has been sent, no refund made.

Through the contact form it is impossible to joint them. We are 18.08 today.

I only had problems ordering from here

I only had problems ordering from here. Firstly they sent me the wrong size so I had to do a return as they don't do exchanges. Probably one of the most important things when expediting orders (and shoes more specifically) is checking that the size matches the box and that both shoes are the same size, but clearly this wasn't done. They sent me shoes size 38 in a box size 37...Then I had to wait quite a long time to get refunded, even though the mistake was on their end.

They then told me I could reorder the article, which I did, and this time the article came with a very big defect. Once again, I don't think ANYONE checked the article before sending it over.

Now, their customer support is saying they can't find the second order I returned. Honestly not only is it unacceptable but the only reason I ordered on here is because they have in BIG LETTERS ON THEIR SITE THAT THEY WERE CHOSEN BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE YEAR. I can now say I will never be ordering on their site again as clearly this isn't the case.
Update: after calling them 4 times and emailing them constantly they have FINALLY agreed to refund me the 170euros. In total I must have waited more than a month to get both refunds.... crazy.

Fraud!

Fraud!! They haven’t returned money for an “express delivery” that they didn’t make! In emails they just ignore. They didn’t provide any proof, they just said “sorry, there is no possibility to return money.” Instead of 24 hours, delivery would be around 48 hours. That’s their fault, not DHL, because they didn’t send my parcel early morning, they decided to do it in the evening (like they can decide when I pay for the express) that’s why it wasn’t coming on time!

I don’t know what to do anymore

I don’t know what to do anymore. I returned the order over a month ago, and they confirmed they received it, but I still haven’t received a refund.
I’ve written to every possible email address, tried calling but the service is unavailable, and no one replies to MSG.
I even sent a complaint letter by post. Do they even issue refunds at all?

Scam artists

Scam artists! Promise delivery within 24/48 hours and paid 15 euros extra for this service. Guess what? It arrived too late and they refuse to refund. When I sent a message via WA, they said to respond within 24 hours, but of course, I had to wait 3 days for that as well. Yikes! My fault for not checking all reviews beforehand, since apparently they have been scamming people for a long time already. That's what you get for needing something fast, I guess. If only someone could do something to make them stop stealing money.

Sarenza is dishonest

Sarenza is dishonest. I returned two pairs of gloves for my son via La Poste and I have the proof that they received them on November 28, 2024. I received a letter that they are filing a legal claim against me to give them more money. This is crazy!
