Connectivity ok, price ok, customer service no-no.
I am a relatively new customer from Simyo. I started the contract at the end of May and the 10.07 I spot something potentially wrong in the first invoice. Since then I'm trying to clarify the situation with the customer service but so far was a ping-pong and there is no solution on sight. I can understand that the customer service has to deal with a lot of request but 1 month for a simple question feels a bit much to me. I hope things get better.
Besides this the service is cheap, the connectivity is good and the amount of GB/month is fitting my needs. Nothing to complain about from this point of view.
UPDATE - Some days after writing this review I actually received a comprehensive and clear response which stopped the ping pong. So long story short, when the customer service works, it does works fine. Anyway, I hope I ain't gonna need it anymore or, in the other case, that the interaction will be like this last one.

Scammers
I sign a contract in Check24 and when the invoice comes it's nothing like it. I am paying 4 times more than I should.
I complain in Check24, they say to contact my provider. I go to Blau, where my customer account is, complain there and they say to call Simyo. I call them and they say to write to a particular email. I send it and they say to send it to another email address.
I still don't know how this is ending but they are shameless scammers.

I ordered the Simyo S 2 years contract…
I ordered the Simyo S 2 years contract via CHECK24 before I could read the reviews on this website. Must say that after reading so many bad news I was quite convinced the whole thing wouldn't work out. Instead, as per emails confirmation, the SIM arrived home on the 5th working day and I was immediately able to also perform the Rufnummernmitnahme. It worked all well and got an appointment for the switch. What I would suggest to those who want to leverage Check24 services is to expose your own email to the new provider. The automatic email generated is simply making it more difficult to advance on the activation progress in the background (e.g. registration with Blau).
Anyway, all in all, it did work out well for me.

very bad service
They are not customer oriented since they laughed at me over the phone. Moreover they have problems to collect the correct amount from their customers. Be careful about this company. I do not recommend it.
Hands off
They call you on the phone and tell you about good contracts. When you recieve the phone and the contract and you do not want to have it anymore and write disclaimer mail that you want to cancel the contract. They gonna charge you and say that they didn't recieved that mail from you.
Poor Service Quality
Wanted to exchange my current subscription to actually a higher package and none of the 3 service agents was able to provide me with a decent and helpful answer. The fact that they stick to 'only German service' is annoying as well, it is 2016 and a substantial amount of their customers in DE must be foreign. It takes little effort to provide that service, which apparently is too much for Simyo. I can not recommend this provider.
Dont ever go for Simyo, bad customer care and useless
Only a first two weeks works well. There is no automatic renewal of tariff plan , very unfriendly customer care, only available in German and timings only from 8:00 to 21:00.
My tariff did not renewed at all, rather for any usage of internet was charging from main balance . As I asked in customer care, no one cares.
All they said is wait wait wait, even don't have courtesy to say sorry and thank you. Very bad service, extremely impolite.
Its a just hook once and you will never get away.
I want to get back to my old network now.
