From the very first meeting with Henrik, everything was extremely smooth and professional. We are so happy we chose to go with Svane. Henrik has been amazing throughout this whole process- always super responsive. The quality and finish of the kitchen that we got was top notch.

The service was top quality from the beginning to the end and Henrik was fantastic through the process! I warmly recommend him and Svane!

Bad quality - doesn’t last long for its high price tag.
We got a kitchen from 2014 from Svane in Silkeborg. For 11 years, this kitchen has more wear than kitchen at friends houses that are more than 25 years old.
The wood is peeling off where there is humidity, but also where there isn’t.
The overall durability of the product is so so bad, that it makes you wonder - why the expensive price tag on these kitchens?!
When both us and 2 more houses in our area which got the kitchens at same time when our houses were built, wrote to them, we all got same response - “Sorry, we don’t care, warranty is off, so your problem”.

Except it is also the company’s problem when your image is on the line - and when you have several (Im sure we are not the only ones) customers asking for some accountability, be at least polite, instead of stone cold cutting with “Sorry-not-sorry-no-warranty”.

After several unsuccessful attempts to install a new fridge in my kitchen with other suppliers, i went to Svane Køkkenet København. Clara Jakobsen advised me on the right fridge and arranged for delivery and installation. Everything went smoothly!

Svane has great options and professional advisors , my experience was limited until measuring and consulting , our advisor, Maja, was great in her work and guided us through the options, and she was very patient with customer requests,

We are very impressed with Lars Amtkjær from Svane Aarhus office. He is very professional and his attention to detail is superb.
Highly recommend him to everybody who wants to renovate or make a new kitchen.

We renovated 2 bathroom with the help of Svane. It has been a really good experience without any issue. Especially Mette has been a really good support: she gave us solid advices on the choices we took, understanding the overall style of our house and suggesting how to design the bathrooms to fit it.
Also the delivery and installation was really smooth and without any problem.

Very knowledgeable staff regarding their products. Efficient, highly competent, punctual and tidy installers, and incredible follow up post-installation. Every detail is troubleshooted and Svane sends a top expert, Jan Bojsen, who is one of the most impressive technical individuals I have ever met, to sign off (or tweak) when all is completed. It's a nice product but the best part is how much they take responsibility for everything.

- Very low quality.
- Missing several parts for more that 2 months.
- No costumer service.

I bought a kitchen of 150k dkk from them. The kitchen cabinets delivered with 2 missed door, 1 broken cabinet, 2 missed shelf and a very low quality cut on the "Bordplade".

The new cabinet delivered after 1 month and it take 3-4weejs after that someone come and fix it.

The other 2 missed doors and the 2 missed shelf's are still not delivered and no-one replay to us when it will be delivered.

We pushed to buy kitchen from svane due to our building contract otherwise I bought the rest from kvik and was absolutely satisfied dor everything.

From the very beginning, Sofie-Amalie was well prepared and had clearly done her research, which made it easy for us to trust her expertise. She took the time to review and explain all materials thoroughly, ensuring that we were completely comfortable with each step of the process. Her attention to detail and willingness to answer any and all questions made us feel confident and informed throughout.

Perhaps most impressively, Sofie-Amalie hit our budget exactly, which was a huge relief for us. She understood our needs and worked within our parameters to ensure that we received a high-quality product without breaking the bank.

We are looking forward to our new kitchen.

When our house construction was delayed they were super helpful rescheduling all deliveries and work.

After the kitchen finish they did a quality control ensuring every piece is perfect and replaced damaged pieces.

All in all great service.

We went to Svane Køkkenet on 28th December for Kitchen stuffs , we met Magnus H Nielsen. Magnus is such a great advisor , he was very honest and practical in his approach, he is very customer service minded, we learn lot about the kitchen cabinets and the detail. Magnus is really great sales/ advisor

We just had a kitchen designing and material selection meeting with Joyce Ottow. She is extremely helpful. Everything is great so far. I will update this review as soon as we get our new kitchen.

We recently got 2 wardrobes made from Svane Frederikersberg. We are really happy about the results. The whole process had been really smooth. I’m impressed with how efficient they are.
Klavs made the drawing only a few days after our first meeting. Klavs always gave a quick response and he could quickly see what we needed and came up with good solutions for maximizing our storage space. There are also people who came and double checked the measurements before installation and people came to double check the end result after. I highly recommend them.

It was not an easy process to finalize the kitchen order with many concepts, however I need to say that the result was / is very satisfying. I came with mo oven Idea and concept pretty sure that tis is what I want but Andreas having long experience opened my eyes to something else and it did not take long to convince me to make something else what turned out to be not only very nice design and good looking kitchen but first of all very practical. Place where will will spend a lot of time and cooking will be fun with easy access to everything. It took us few meetings to finalize the project what I thing is normal but considering my personality I think Andreas is a very patient man. Everything on schedule ass agreed. Good information flow. Some cabinets have been delivered with damages however Svaene took care of this and new cabinets have been delivered free of charge. The result is great. Thank you again Andreas.

Our experience with Svane was very good. We worked with them as a subcontractor from Eurodan. Sofie-Amalie was our consultant and from the start we liked her professionalism and readiness to take our case. The first meeting is always hard because there are a lot of decisions to make, but it helped that Sofie-Amalie had a pre-design made for us, so we have the basis to start. To start she gave us space to make changes to the initial design, but when we asked for advise and opinion, she did so in a professional and non intrusive way. We went back an forward couple of times until we decided on the final design, in all interactions Sofie was very quick at delivering the new proposals. Couple of things that can be improved in the overall process and showroom are: 1) it is important to understand Svane catalogue and choices before the first meeting, specially when you don't have a dream kitchen in mind. Therefore, it will be nice to have a preliminary meeting planned to go over the showroom, catalogue an options before sitting to discuss the design. 2) It will be good to get a detailed price list of all the items, so the Client has the information to make changes to fit to their budget without needing a new offer from the consultant. 3) we believe that handles are very difficult to choose without testing their functionality, the showroom should have all handles fixed to "door" so functionality can be tested, rather than only deciding on the appearance.

I inherited a Svane Kitchen as part of house purchase. I need someone to fix issues with cabinets and refrigerator. Not sure how to get that help

My svane closet breaks after 4 years. I called Svane Lyngby a month ago, the inpatient staff asked me to send an email. I sent a email. Waited for two weeks. I sent another two follow up emails. No response. Nothing!!!
