Exceptional furniture and customer service

Shopping at Sinnerup was a great experience, thanks to their well designed furniture. Their online store made it easy to find exactly what I needed, and picking up my order in store was smooth.

And about customer service; it was like shopping with a local business where they know you by name. The staff was quick to assist, making the whole process pleasant from start to finish.

Our new home is awesome!

A couple of months in our new home and it’s wonderful. Overall, things are great. We have a few minor open items, but eurodan-huse is very responsive. They’re taking care of these with real dedication.

Specifically, huge thanks to Christian Houborg, incredibly awesome and responsive. He's been so kind and helpful throughout. We're truly grateful for his dedicated assistance.

A big thumbs up to the Oliverbrolaegger!

Our project with Yulian was relatively a big project (110 sqm terrace, 110 sqm concrete grass stabilizer grid, 400 sqm grass and more) and he did an amazing job. Our terrace and outdoor area looks so beautiful now. From the start to the finish, Yulian worked really well and listened to what we wanted. He chose great material and set everything up perfectly. We are super happy with how everything turned out. We can totally recommend Oliverbrolaegger to others who want a fantastic garden.

Very good customer service

Very good customer service! I called them and had a pleasant and informative discussion with Alex. We agreed on the product, installation date and other details. One week later I have a Slim SOFT 100 installed in my house. Water hardness is reduced from 22 to 5.

Delighted with our new house.

Our beautiful house is handed over to us now. It is way better than our expectations. Although there are a few minor issues, the customer service is exceptional.
I would also like to express my gratitude to sales engineer Sadik Kamit and construction manager Jesper Brix Nolsøe Wielandt for consistently engaging in honest conversations and a strong sense of responsibility throughout the process.

This is my experience!

My recent experience with Power was extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for 14 Philips Hue lamps on April 29th, and received a text message stating that my order was ready for collection on May 10th. However, when I arrived at the store, I found that my order was in an open box and in complete disarray. Furthermore, the most expensive item was missing from the box.

When I asked the cashier about the missing item, they were unable to provide any explanation. They were also unable to explain why I had received a text message stating that my order was ready, when clearly it was not.

To make matters worse, when I requested to speak to the store manager about the situation, I was told that store does not have a manager! Really!!! Lying!!!

Very disappointed, I decided to cancel the entire order. This experience was a complete waste of my time.

ILVA products last only 4-5 years!

This review is about the products and quality. Stores are normally nice and staff are helpful.

The problem is, many of Ilva products are cheap "Made in China" products, but prices are put high. This could trick you that you think it is a high-quality product that last for many years, which is not the case. Many of these products last only a couple of years.

Our "Made in China" sofa from Ilva lasted only four years. We have bought it in 2018 and in 2022 the dust cover turned into dust. There was another type of white fabric inside the sofa, which also turned into dust completely. I am not sure, but I think it caused a very bad allergic reaction on my kid’s skin. We have moved the sofa to the storage room and the skin allergic reaction was disappeared in couple of days.

I have informed Ilva about a possible chemical hazard in their product, but they simply replied our products are safe and you have bought your sofa more than 30 months ago, so there is no warranty anymore! I believe they could act more responsibly and investigate more!

So, I am just writing my experience here as a heads-up!

Stay away from "MaxSpeed" internet!

Many things are wrong about how you are treating your customers: Below is the more important ones:

1. Apparently you are aware of a problem with your routers called "Swedish firmware", but you still delivering them to your customers!

2. You do not care about your customer's time. Today is the third day that I am staying at home because of you. In the last two weeks I have spent several hours on the phone talking to you.

3. You are sending false "Fejlen på ... er nu rettet" text massages. Every time you do that, it seems all the history is erased. Customers are going through the same thing over and over again.

A little bit stupid!

It was a little stupid. I have bought an item, they called me after one hour and told me it doesn't have some of the things in the box. I canceled the order.
They should mention the condition of the products in the website to avoid wasting time.
