If you been scammed, use CHARGEBACK. Your bank will return you your money. Keep all proofs, photos and screenshots of conversation with zalando.
Used 2 years without problems till last 2 orders. One shoes was defective, they accepted return, it was delivered to them but they refused to provide refund. And second time when they send me box without shoes, and I send back they box, and again they decided to keep my money.

Requested returns for two items. Received an email saying the items would be collected on 29.04.2025. Nobody came. I immediately emailed them to tell them nobody came and to request return labels. I received no reply. Now I have requested again the return labels and they refuse to supply then because it is beyond 30 days, even though I requested them already, I also waited at home all day in April and no one came to collect them. After several emails back and forth they appear to have blocked my email address. I will now be handing the case over to the dispute resolution body. Avoid at all costs, scam!

I order from Zalando often but the customer service on their instant chat is awful. Agents and rude and incompetent.

I recently placed an order on Zalando Austria, lured by advertised discounts on several products. To my surprise and frustration, the promotional prices disappeared at checkout, reverting to full price without any notice or explanation. This is extremely misleading.
I contacted customer service to report the issue, thinking it was a technical glitch. Unfortunately, my complaint was not taken seriously. The response I received was generic, unhelpful, and showed no real effort to resolve the issue or acknowledge the problem.
For a platform of Zalando’s size and reputation, this is unacceptable. I feel tricked and disappointed. I strongly advise others to double-check prices before purchasing, as the discounts you see might not be what you get. I will certainly think twice before shopping on Zalando again.

and again, I bought 5 items, returned one and they keep on chasing me to pay the returned item. They do not answer my emails and i used the label they provided to return the item. I give up Zalando after so many years being a customer. Never again

So far, every purchase I made, I've been very satisfied with. They arrived in a few days, and didn't have to return anything, as quality of the products was as expected. I will change my review if I have to go through a return/refund process and customer service doesn't respond as it should.

You don't find this out until AFTER you have attempted to buy the item with your voucher apparently jewellery is not a 'wearable item!' And guess what vouchers cant be refunded!
No refund after 3 months
I ordered from Zalando on January 30 (Bestellnummer:

It was from multiple providers, so I received multiple boxes.
I kept a couple of items and needed to return the rest. I shipped everything to Zalando warehouse in one box (instead of shipping a box to each provider) to save time. This was around February 5th.
Then I started receiving refunds for my items - this WHOLE FEBRUARY and WHOLE MARCH.
The last refund I received was March 27. But it's still not the full refund amount. In March, I talked to zalando in a live chat about this and they said that the return is on it's way and I shouldn't worry.
At some point, there was a live chat option on zalando.at, but not anymore. I had to send an email and wait for quite some time. On April 22, I received an email where I was asked to fill in a form claiming which articles I didn't receive. I emailed back saying that I received articles, I have a different issue. No reply, now it's been more than 2 weeks. I then sent another email, but no reply yet.
As a result, it's been 3 months since I am waiting for the refund and I don't see any clear options who to communicate with the customer service.

I ordered blue light glasses. They sent me a package with an empty carton box for the glasses - but no glasses.
Then I contacted their support. Three cancelled the chat. One told me that it is out of their competence, and cancelled the chat. The forth told me to fill out a contact form. What is wrong with their support?!

I got my order pretty fast, despite the Christmas delays so overall very satisfied.

Although I have photos of the parcel as I dropped it off to evri, zalando refuse to provide any further information & just ignore me. I have checked with citizens advise and this is illegal but zalando ignore any correspondence. Having looked on social media and here - they’re defrauding thousands of customer stealing millions. They must be going under. BEWARE
Online Security is Terrible!
I was a Zalando Plus member for 3 years and have spent thousands of Euros with this company. I noticed a strange name, address and telephone number in my personal account and have come to learn that because of Zalando‘s lack luster security my account was compromised. Instead of working with me to perhaps download all of my past order info with important size and brand info that informs my feed within the app and my future purchases, they my blocked my account. The customer service regarding this has been terrible with emails full of non direct answers and jargon filled meaningless explanations and zero apologies. This is the last straw for me. Additionally, a month ago I received an email regarding an order placed in December that they somehow forgot to withdraw funds because of their alliance with Sephora. Now, 4 months later, they are requesting I pay them 500€. This is clearly a company with a lot of issues and it’s just not worth the hassle and security risk to do business with them.

I can't understand why it has such a low rating. Such a correct attitude towards the customer. Fast delivery - I received my package on a national holiday. I wasn't sure about the size so I ordered two of the same product - they covered the return charges and I got a quick refund.
First and Last Time Using Zalando
Their order form updated my address in a way, where it was incomplete - they sent out the order, no-one contacted me, they marked the order as "delivered" and now I need to go back and forth with customer support to figure out if I will get refunded for this. Shipping the item again according to them is not possible. First and last time I order with them - what an absolute joke.
Absolutely satisfied by Zalando.at's…
Absolutely satisfied by Zalando.at's fast system, compared to other online retailers. Returns are very simple and I love the option that I can pay in 14 days after receiving an item; which means if the item doesn't fit I can make an immediate return and there is no fuss around refund. They have been very responsive, so that's a great plus aswell. Overall, they seem reliable and I can only recommend.
