Der wohl furchtbarste Lieferservice, den ich je erlebt habe. Zara versendet mittlerweile manchmal Pakete mit Veloce. Und Veloce stellt sie Kilometer von der Adresse entfernt ab!!! Niemals Lieferung nach Hause und nicht einmal eine Abholstation in der Nähe. Mein Paket wurde dieses Mal 3 Kilometer entfernt abgestellt. Ich wünsche ihnen schnellstmögliche Pleite. Diese dumme Firma muss vom Markt verschwinden.

Surprised to see negative reviews, as I logged in here today just to express my gratitude and delight about Zalando Austria. Super quick FREE delivery, always managing to source the "out of stock" sizes, super quick refunds in case I return the goods. Gosh, if this shop would also extend its premium segment (luxury brands) - I would fully move my shopping to here. High speed of service and ease of all operations are the bonuses that attract me.

The worst courier service in Austria!!! The one-star reviews here are the confirmation of that. Never use DPD for your business!!!
Their driver brought my parcel to storage box, even though I was expecting him at my home adress all the time (I work from home). They sent me the digital code to access that storage box, but the digital lock was broken! I contacted customer support for several days asking to solve the issue - to no success. They responded "We are sorry you couldnt get your parcel" and will send it back to the sender ! I have no words. I am used to all kinds of dumbness in this country, but DPD is truly the crown. NEVER EVER USE DPD!!!

As there are thousands of people who suffered from DPD, how about signing a petition or mass complaint to Customer Defence Service in order to ban this company from the market? I am sending my complaint definitely.
