Title: Avoid this company: Endless delays and ghosting
I am rating them poorly for now, though I may revise my review later if they fix this mess.
I paid for express delivery on a part weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. I am constantly bombarded with emails blaming "Christmas delays." That would be acceptable if they had warned me before I paid, but they didn't.
The delivery date keeps moving: first it was early January, then the 5th, then the 7th, and now nobody knows. They claim it is for "quality control," but it feels like pure mismanagement. My prototype is stuck on hold because of them. I even offered a solution (switching to CNC at their cost), but they refuse to answer my emails regarding the status or damages.
Save your time and money—stay away.

Xometry is a great provider of manufactured parts with simple and quick quoting engine. The system may indicate higher lead times due to automated quoting, however, parts may arrive a bit before the deadline. There are plenty of discounts throughout the year so you can save some money as well.
Ordering process looked slick, cancellation process awful
Ordering process looked slick. Cancellation process is like navigating through some kind of Escher's painting. Placed an order Sunday evening, realised it wouldn't make it, emailed support to cancel about an hour later. Got a reply back promptly asking for an order number, which I provided, got nothing back. Then saw a note that the order had gone into production. Opened chat on the order, eventually got through to someone who said they'd try to cancel, but as it had gone through to production it could be difficult and I'd likely encounter a fee.
If I was a skeptical person, I'd think they were delaying cancellation so that production has begun, making it impossible.
Whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth, I won't be back.
Update: After a lot of back and forth they finally cancelled the order and issued a refund last week. Money has yet to return 6 days later.

I made a mistake and placed a large order without testing the quality of the parts and service on a smaller order first, the order I placed (D-UK172139 ) was for 64 parts in total , they have not been delivered on the dates quoted and some of the parts that have arrived are damaged or have not been machined to the drawings and Step files provided , some of the machining quality is very very poor . The web site shows parts completed and delivered when they are not . The staff seem friendly but I shouldn’t be chasing to find out when parts will be remade. Don’t use them if you need parts done to the drawing and on time !

I have been working as a Xometry partner for almost 2 years.
Recently, an incident opened my eyes to how vulnerable production partners actually are under Xometry’s Terms & Conditions. That’s why I am writing this review: make sure you carefully read the T&C before accepting anything.
I received a claim for a part I had produced and also shipped more than 3 weeks earlier. The customer themselves wrote: “we received the package two weeks ago.” According to the Customer T&C, visible defects must be reported within 7 days. First Xometry explained the delay with a wrong email address, then with a phone call – but they could not provide any proof that the report happened within that timeframe, yet they still assessed that the packaging was inadequate and placed full responsibility on me as the partner.
At the same time, the Partner T&C requires partners to remain liable for up to 3 years.
So the question is: if a customer only has 7 days to report defects, why should a partner remain exposed for 3 years?
Everyone can draw their own conclusions.
