Excellent customer service
I needed to check that I had the correct piano identified and Rimmers customer service offered appropriate help to get it right. I had problems with the online payment system and the rep was extremely helpful in helping me to get it sorted with my bank. The piano itself was delivered on schedule, which was perfect as I had set a specific day aside to be in to receive it. I'm confident that they will help with any follow-up questions, although everything is working perfectly so far.
