Going to have to look elsewhere and…

Going to have to look elsewhere and cancel my Now Tv Packages.Iam not watching the first 7 episodes of Chicago Pd and Chicago Fire to name just 2 out of the many series to then have to wait a year to watch the rest of the episodes??Something to do with tv licensing i was told?It never used to be like this you could watch every episode weekly until the end of the series??Now Tv is going downhill big time and customer services and the company just dont care.From Damon Moffatt.

Received an email today from Prestige…

Received an email today from Prestige Flowers,stating as a loyal customer here is a £10 off voucher off your next order but it must be used today.This email arrived at 10.01am as you can see in the attachment.So i placed an order and got to checkout put in the £10 off to get message "The Coupon Has Expired"?? How can it have expired when your sending me an email today on Sunday morning stating you need to use this code today for the code to then not work.Just had Amelia email me back from customer service saying oh yes that Discount Code expired today??Now am I dealing with children?Why would you send out an email with a £10 Discount Code for me to use as it stated must be used today for it not to work??!! Maybe when a member of staff puts down the mince pies that you have obviously had too many of you might realise all i did was try to use a £10 Voucher you sent me in an email today on the day it was sent that stated use today only but it didnt let me use it and it stated it had expired??!!

PricedUpBet Need To Be Left Well Alone!

Spent a week or so on the "Nutcracker Stack Slot",should know better as theres only one winner with these online Casino bookies sites.In the week just once I had the "Basic Bonus Round" and won £42,still well down on the week.This week continued to play the same slot game as if you fill Santas Sleigh with presents and then start getting awarded whistles he blows at the sleigh then eventually after about a week to 10 days you get the "Ultimate Nutcracker Stack Spins" theres 7 of them and its ment to be better than the basic bonus spins,began my "Ultimate Nutcracker Stack Spins" thinking her we go i might win a few quid now,and after 1 spin the game stalled with a message "Please Try Again Later" error message.So to cut a long story short i never got to play my "Ultimate Nutcracker Stack Spins" and PricedUpbet "FOBBED" me off with oh your spins were played out by the gaming company and you won £20??? This was the "Ultimate Bonus" just to reiterate it had taken 10 days to get at a loss.Please Iam 53 and should know better but dont give these companies the air time or your money as its a "SWINDLE" the slot game worked fine for 10 days until I "MIRACULOUSLY GOT A "ULTIMATE BONUS ROUND" Which was pathetic and I was not able to play anyway,and Iam ment to take there word that it paid out just £20?????They wont be around long PricedUpBet,so stay clear of them.From Damon Moffatt.

Only wants mug punters who want to lose money on Casino/Games where theres only on winner.Constantly moans about how bad the bookmakers have it and hes only been doing the job two minutes in comparison to some other long running bookmakers.Cannot take criticism at all,cannot see them lasting long.Replying to AkBets reply,anyone who wants to make money and profit off daft people or addicts to casino online games etc ought to find a proper job and I hope the government continue to up the amount you pay them in tax every year.

Please please please do not use these jokers there good reviews must not be legit on my experience.My goods had been sent,there was a delay in express delivery?Then my goods had not set off there had been a fault and they had to make another one they said.Then instead of 7 to 14 days it wss going to take roughly 21 days until i received my goods?Then they were refunding the cost of my delivery with it taking so long,still not received this?Then i asked today iam not bothered about a delivery cost refund "Where are my goods are they on the way to me or not"?? There reply we are refunding you for the goods you bought from us and no response as to where my goods were??!! Worst customer service or company I have ever dealt with so Please Please Please,do not bother with them.I will be contacting my bank and reporting them as a fraudulent company if my refunds do not arrive into my account.You dont need to be dealing with companies like this at Christmas trust me and they are based in "CHINA" which says it all really.If you contact your bank as i did they will refund you and make a record and DoyoBest not delivering there goods and of this continues with it happening to more people the banks will start contacting you and warning you before you make a purchase from them,and the banks will make sure they get the money back from them.Doyobest lying AGAIN in there reply,none of them know what they are doing.My last email from you said you were refunding me for my goods,as in not delivering them anymore????You really are clueless Doyobest.

Cover my kitchen floor and living room floor in milk and a full crate of stock and think a £5 voucher suffices??Will take my £8000 plus per year we spend on groceries elsewhere.Its not hard for your pickers to turn milk bottles upside down to make sure they are not leaking before adding them to an online grocery delivery.You never ever get a shop off Morrisons with no missing items or substitites as well.From Damon Moffatt.Ps.In response to your reply Chandra,a £5 voucher was all I recieved and lets just say my wife was not very happy with the state the shop left the living room and kitchen floor in and all covered in milk along with my goods.

Still waiting for my order to be dispatched 11 days later from purchase i have been told my order was delayed by Express delivery and then today that my order is still in production??Which one is it.They are clueless dont know whats happening and if my goods ever reach me I wont be using them again anyway as there customer services replies are shocking.Maybe tomorrow Doyobest might tell me my goods were taken by aliens.From Damon Moffatt.

Poor Customer Service.

Used Morrisons for a few years now spending over £7000 per year on groceries and roughly £110 on online grocery deliveries every 4 days,then they continue to send you More Card Vouchers for money off a £30 or £60 shop but only if you do it in store??Why send me vouchers constantly to use in store when i shop online and get deliveries! There customer service is useless and never get back to you within the 48 hours they state when you fill in a online complaints form.Going to find another online grocery delivery company who appreciate loyalty because Morrisons quite clearly dont."MORRISONS AFTER 5 DAYS RESPONDED TO MY EMAIL AND HAVE DONE NOTHING"I will now take my trade elsewhere,there customer service department is useless.From Damon Moffatt.

Dominoes Customer Service Are Useless!

Received a promotion on Dominoes as i had accumulated so many slices having used them before,the offer stated £7.99 for any size pizza they charged me £12.99 and even though customer service replied via email asking for my receipt for my order when i sent them it over 24 hours ago which shows the promotion that should have been added and its promo code on my receipt no one has gotten back to me as of yet with regards a refund.Dont give customers offers for using you and showing loyalty Dominoes then not give them the offer.Placed the order at there "Selby" branch,Order number: 653336443.From Damon Moffatt.
