I ordered a custom banner for an event…

I ordered a custom banner for an event on Thursday and paid extra for expedited delivery. When it arrived, I discovered it did not include the stand, even though the product listing clearly states: Hardware material: Aluminium. Anyone would assume the hardware is included when it appears in the product specifications.

When I questioned this, their justification was: “The hardware specification is mentioned because there’s an option to add the hardware as part of the product.”
However, there is no option anywhere on the listing to add hardware, and it also does not state that hardware is not included. The only image showing “optional extras” includes a red carpet, a stand and crowd control ropes, which is irrelevant and confusing. Every other image shows the banner displayed on a stand, so there is no reasonable way for a customer to know the stand is not part of the order.

To buy the frame separately would cost another £112, and to receive it in time for my event would cost an additional £106. Even with the extra charge, it still would not arrive on time. I received no genuine effort to help, no alternative solutions and no practical support. Only a polite apology that did not resolve anything.

They also ask for your Pantone colour during checkout, only to later explain that they cannot match any Pantone colours. This makes the request pointless and misleading.

I am very grateful I did not spend any more money with this company. I found a complete banner set from another supplier for less than half the price, with clear product information and next day delivery.

Overall, the listing is misleading, the support is unhelpful and the extra costs are unreasonable. There are far more transparent and reputable companies available. I strongly recommend doing your research before buying.

It's a pretty useless device

It's a pretty useless device. I've reverted back to my fitbit versa 2, yes that old thing as it's a million times better. You need to integrate a million apps to do anything.

Purchase elsewhere, don't waste money

I would highly recommend purchasing elsewhere. Product is not worth the money. It comes with perspex and not glass. The perspex is also scratched (no protective layer on the perspex). They also staple the perspex in place, leaving very little functionality. Overall definitely not worth the money. I'd highly recommend shopping around.

We sincerely apologise for your dissatisfaction with this product.
The box frame was purchased with Clear Acrylic Glazing detailed as the glazing option. During installation, the protective film must be removed from the glazing, as it cannot be removed once the frame spacers are glued in place. However, it is certainly not acceptable for the glazing to be delivered with scratches.

Same as the rest!!!!

It's just another cool looking alternative, but it damages your nails just as bad as traditional acrylic etc with UV lamps.
To be honest it's more effort.
Half the powder just messes when you use it. I personally wouldn't waist your money.

It's a pretty useless product

It's a pretty useless product. It doesn't help guide anything I do or the decision I have to make to be healthier. It doesn't even track your calories vs burnt ECT. It's a glorified strap for your arm that's a waste of money. Don't bother. Rather get Lumen, million times better. We all have smart watches these days to track the sleeping.

Great service and treatment

From the first call from Peaches, this was a smooth process. I knew everything to expect. I met with Dr Asher for my initial assessment, he was great, explained everything and put my mind at ease.
I then attended the Hospital for my surgery. The nurses were friendly and very attentive.
There was a bit of a wait to go in for my surgery, but this can be expected, as surgery isn't timed to the second. The actual surgery was an interesting experience, but the Nurse in the theatre (Can't remember her name) She was amazing, she held my hand throughout the procedure, but it was bearable.
Post-surgery has also been great, with regular check-ins from the Nurses and Peaches.
I'd definitely go back to Dr Asher and the team if I ever needed to.

I have ordered a kitchen from this…

I have ordered a kitchen from this company. My "designer" by the name of Jon, came to measure and understand what I wanted. I wanted 2 larder cupboards so the boiler could be nicely hidden, he said sure no problem.

I then paid the £150 deposit. Off he went. I then called to book delivery, only to be told that Jon hadn't sent my plan in(this was over a month later) they advised they would chase him and get back to me, surprise they never did.

I called and called and called and when they finally answered I booked the delivery. So the day of delivery comes, I sit at home all day, they phone us late after noon to say that the truck broke down so they will have to deliver the next day.

Finally the next day 2 youngsters pitch up and deliver the kitchen. They mess up by almost giving me 2 over hoods, I corrected them. I never signed or acknowledged that I had anything delivered.

My fitter comes the next day, he advises me that the £900 quoted is only for a fit. The company told me they will remove and fit, a lie. The fitter was amazing, his independant company, he is seriously so amazing, he went through everything and then the problems started.

Remember Jon, my "designer" well he said I could have 2 larders, was so wrong, my roof was too low, they wouldn't even fit, not to mention they hadn't even delivered them. They delivered a random 400 base unit and a wrong 500 wall unit.

Today, my fitter called them and went through everything, then "Martin" from the company calls me to say we'll even though Jon has drawn the larders in and told me that's my whole kitchen for X amount of pounds, because he didn't write it on the right hand of the plan, I didn't pay and its tuff. So now I've removed all wall units from one wall and was going to use the larder! They tell me they won't give me two wall units.

Completely ignore or don't acknowledge their incompetence, how Jon lied, how they delivered wrong items. I am taking them to trading standards as they misled and misold me.

I completely disagree with all these…

I completely disagree with all these glowing amazing reviews.

I have been taking this for a week, no difference, no feeling full, no energy.

I also noticed a big difference in the quantity of the powder in the pouches.

My husband was taking a breakfast pouch with me, I noticed the amount of powder in each was considerably different. I decided to weigh it, one pouch had 2grams of powder and the other 6 grams.

I emailed them this and they said this is very rare and they'll send me out another morning satchet! This is also untrue they are constantly different.

Maybe that's why no results!

It seems as though you have received a sachet that contained more powder. As you could imagine during the manufacturing process it is not 100% guaranteed that every product is exactly the same, hence why you received a faulty sachet. We understand that this can sometimes happen, therefore, once we received your email a replacement sachet was sent out to you the same day. We can assure you that this is rare as each box is weighed at each facility to avoid such an issue.

Amazing
