Great compatible ink works well

Ordered a while back but forgot to review. I ordered compatible ink for my new Brother printer, it was well priced and came very quickly. The printer had no issues detecting the toner despite being compatible. It prints brilliantly for a fraction of the price of genuine toner.

Very smooth transaction from ordering…

Very smooth transaction from ordering online to receiving my order on a Saturday, everything was great. As I hadn't ordered since November they queried this with me, I replied with proof of previous orders and explanation which was accepted without issue. I appreciate how swiftly they dealt with my order.

Don't renew - get a new quote

Have used Rescuemycar.com for years, never had to actually use their service though so I can't comment on that. I've given a 3 because my renewal price from them was £46 but doing a quote on their website it turns out was only £23 for the exact.same.thing. Confused as to why their renewal price is 100% more expensive for existing customers, rip off.

Returning customer, great experience

I'm a returning customer and must say it the process was just as seamless as my first order with them.

Though there was a more thorough form to complete, it was simple to follow and upload any necessary documents. If I remember correctly, I was surprised that my order was approved within an hour or two and shipped out - I definitely was not expecting that! Everything arrived as it should, ice pack was still frozen! More than happy to recommend.

I had the nicest experience with...

I had the nicest experience with Pharmulous today. There was a mix up where I was booked in for a consultation despite not ordering from them recently. Dr Amel was kind enough to still give her time and speak to me and answer any questions I had. She is incredibly knowledgeable and personable which puts you at ease. I left the consultation feeling very positive about any future decision I make.

I feel it necessary to add that prior to today, I'd been feeling anxious and uneasy for ages due to my existing provider being unreachable since August... We're now in October(!)

Without a doubt I'll be returning to Pharmulous and sticking with them for the foreseeable. They are great at what they do, and have an excellent understanding of making things as easy as possible for patients which is invaluable.

Pleasant and straight forward…

Pleasant and straight forward experience. I emailed them late night as I noticed the billing address was incorrectly listed and didn't want the recipient to receive any paperwork as it was a gift. They replied promptly the next morning with reassurance that paperwork isn't included in deliveries which I really appreciated. Delivery arrived the next day on a Saturday by Royal Mail which I wasn't expecting but happy about.
They prices are really competitive and service is excellent so I was happy to recommend this site to a family member.

Placed my first order with Pharmulous after receiving abysmal service from a different online pharmacy. It's the first time I did not have to worry or reach out to the service provider for updates. The entire transaction from placing my order to receiving my product was smooth and such a relief. I'm glad I made the switch to a better pharmacy.

Got a great deal recently on some Made by Mitchell products for my mum. The service was great as always. I love the regular offers on there but it's a shame you can't use the money off perk vouchers on discounted items like you can with other retailers.

Cannot fault the service or products

Cannot fault the service or products. I order regularly but do not remember to leave reviews. I do enjoy how often they have sales on their products without requiring a discount code. This has been the reason I have returned more often recently, as opposed to buying off ASOS or Look Fantastic which I used to do on a weekly basis.

Non existent customer service

Saw they had advertised saying quick delivery so chose to order through them instead of another well known supplier and now regret it. Received an email saying there are delays but i strongly suspect they are out of stock. I have emailed last night requesting cancellation of my order but have received no response. Have tried to call this morning and have been on hold for a lifetime and had to hang up in the end. My prescription has not even been looked at, yet. If my order is not dispatched today I will not be able to complete the course as I will be travelling abroad to somewhere extremely hot. Not happy as a first time customer and would like a refund in order to purchase elsewhere immediately!

Lost a repeat customer

I've ordered from Goggles4u previously and had no problems. This time I ordered prescription sunglasses which are meant to adjust in sunlight and indoors. I contacted Goggles4u by email, explaining that they were not darkening in sunlight despite spending 10 minutes or more in the sun, rendering them useless. They replied and asked for photos which I promptly sent on 02.08.24. Unfortunately after that, I did not receive any further correspondence from them. I've now been asked to review them on Trust pilot so here I am!

I don't think it's fair for the customer to have to chase the company or remind them to respond when customer service is literally their job.

I don't expect everything to be 100% perfect all of the time (chance would be a fine thing), but I do expect that when things go wrong, the company will do their best to resolve things in a timely manner.

Unfortunately this experience has put me off from buying from them again as their customer service is not up to standard.

Edit: 20.08.24 Thanks for your reply but as I said in my original review, I emailed the photos over on 02.08.24 and received no response until this review went up.

Helpful little app, easy to speak to vets

Easy to use app, user friendly, and quick waiting times. I used them for the first time today, I had the feeling I'd need to take my pet to my vet for blood tests but it was helpful to have that advice first. They can't diagnose everything n a video call (to be expected) but it's nice to be able to book a consultation should you need it. I have pet insurance with Asda so my consultation was free. Bonus.
