Disappointing Experience with this…

Disappointing Experience with this Company

I recently placed an order with this Company on Thursday, expecting to receive my products within the promised 2-3 working days. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory.

Despite the stated delivery timeframe, I have yet to receive a tracking number for my shipment. Each day, I log into the shop app, which initially indicated that I should receive my order by Tuesday. Now that today is Wednesday, I still do not have my products. This uncertainty has been particularly frustrating, as I had booked clients based on the anticipated arrival of my order, leading me to cancel appointments not once, but twice, due to the delay.

In an effort to resolve this issue, I have reached out via email multiple times, only to receive no response. Additionally, attempts to contact customer service by phone have proven unsuccessful, as I have been unable to get through.

As a first-time customer, I had high hopes for a positive experience with this Company, but the lack of communication and support has left me feeling extremely disappointed. I hope this feedback prompts improvements in their customer service and order fulfillment processes.

Was a bit worried to buy online dress especially for important occasion.
From day 1 the service wasn’t amazing !
Company contacted me directly suggesting sizes etc.
Product arrived sooner than I was expecting! Amazing quality perfect size
Can’t describe how happy I am with online purchase as I had bad previous experiences with different companies.

Don’t buy from this company… never received products and no money back !!!!!!

Have ordered my products nearly month ago after one week I was on the phone with someone who told me product is rock in warehouse and will be send today.. week later was 5 times on the phone with collagen team each of member was telling same story.. I decide to ask for refund after couple weeks sadly is nearly month and can’t get my money back!!!!week ago on the phone they told me money will be in account end of week phone them today other person answer saying the email was sent to manager and waiting for confirmation… I have to use my creator card to open a dispute as can’t get any help from company…. Sad good products but offer service you just lost another loyal client …if you are having similar issues please contact your bank don’t wait as doesn’t look like they care… its so sad and not fair on other people… my money basically are gone but I’m glad is so many law which protects customers…thank you Gold collagen team for all this disrespect .
