Returning an item was very simple and convenient. Quality of the items was great. Sizing seems to be on the large size as I’m usually a size UK 12 or a medium but I needed to return the shirt and re-order a size small. It was easy enough to return it and order another though so not really a hassle so I don’t really mind. Both items I purchased, a merino wool hat and a knee length sherpa shirt are really really lovely and warm and great quality items.

Great choice of fashionable, good quality nightwear and underwear. Delivery was quick and I got a great deal as the item I bought was reduced by £20. It should have been £50, I paid £30. £30 isn’t exactly cheap for a dressing gown, yes you can get them a lot cheaper, but, it is particularly high quality and I’m sure it will last many years so it is a bit special and not throw away fashion so worth it in my opinion.

Ordered some plant pots for the garden Sunday night. The parcels were delivered Tuesday morning. Supplier website advised 3-5days delivery so was really impressed I got them so quick. Delivery driver closed the gate behind him and was friendly. The packages were fragile and heavy and were in perfect condition when they got to me.

My polka dot chopping board looks exactly like the picture, it’s beautiful and care had been taken to package it to ensure it arrived in tiptop condition. I’m very happy with it.

I really love my new murmur pippa towel. Its lovely colours and the tassels are a nice touch, great quality as you would expect from bedeck.

Purchased an airshot hairdryer in black. It makes my hair feel soft and silky. It is abit heavier than any hairdryer I’ve used before, but I got used to it after a few days. I don’t regret choosing it when there are so many hairdryers on the market to choose from. It was more expensive than I have ever paid for a hairdryer, best hairdryer I’ve ever used though so I feel it’s worth the money. I’ve just checked the website to double check that it is called airshot and it’s been reduced from what I paid just over a week ago by about another £30, gutted but that’s how it goes I suppose. The pro version which is lighter is now within my price range as that has also been reduced too by £100 but I will stick with the one I’ve got as I am happy with it.

Just had Youfibre installed yesterday. Experience with the provider so far has been excellent from the sales personnel to the installation. ‘Gurdass’ the guy who sold me the provider switch was lovely, he must be good at his job as I am reluctant to change and didn’t like the idea giving my sky up as I’m used to the q box but he convinced me to adapt my current setup and saved me a load of money each year basically. I was paying £104 per month to sky since it went out of contract, for a very basic service really so it had to be done. The guy ‘Peter C’ who came to install was very professional and friendly and worked very clean and efficient and was very helpful and knowledgable which is all you can want really. So so far so good from a customer service point of view. Hopefully it will stay that way and they won’t bump my prices up so I have to switch away again like all the rest seem to. Sick to death of having to deal with switching everything to keep things affordable and i don’t tend to go back once i leave a company for that reason, can’t be bothered messing about with them knowing I’m going to have same hassle again. Hopefully Youfibre will value longevity and be a keeper for the long term. Time will tell. Ps. Just used Youfibre’s customer service chat facility where the agent ‘Razia A’ was super quick to respond and very friendly and helpful also.

Duty refunds made the process of recovering my refund from HMRC easy and hassle free. I was going to try and do it myself but decided against it as it didn’t seem so straight forward. Glad I found duty refunds website.

B215681, I used this company to fit my bedroom furniture. The surveyor made a mistake with his measurements. I didn’t get what was designed at the design visit. I had checked the measurements at the design point, it never occurred to me to check them again after the surveyor had been seeing as he didnt advise me he had lowered the height. When I complained by email to customer services that I had a load of wasted blocked off space above the wardrobe a guy called me and laughed and said 2 people can’t have got the measurements wrong, to which I replied they didn’t the design guy got it right, the surveyor changed it and didn’t tell me, I’ve checked the paperwork which proves what I am saying, he then stuttered about usable height and how my ceilings are particularly high (which they are not) I ended up putting the phone down on him as he was just talking rubbish. The hole point is it’s meant to be bespoke and to maximise space! The Covinish trim at the top doesn’t match the white wardrobes as it looks yellow and mucky looking and doesn’t look right. I didn’t get the handles I ordered I had to make do with something else at the final hour. I tried to request an extra bedside cabinet as I was told wardrobe door wouldn’t open with a bedside cabinet either side of the bed but it would have and looks odd with just one but they never replied to me when I emailed and asked for a price for another one. I complained again by email about the whole terrible experience but they never responded yet again. It’s a shame because the guys who fitted the wardrobes were brilliant but the customer services were horrendous so I wouldn’t use the company again knowing when something so clearly has gone wrong they just ghost you and won’t admit any fault even when you have all the proof in front of you.

Ordered some laminate and wood floor wipes. They were low cost and great value. The pack contents were much bigger than expected. Used to be able to buy these locally, but they don’t seem to sell them in my local stores anymore. Was happy when I found I could order them online for an excellent price.

The main bedroom has been painted in Grey 01 and it looks amazing. Its a very light colour and almost looks white in some lights but now that i have got my white radiator back on and the white furniture is against it you can now see it is in fact blueish grey, it's very fresh looking and due to the wipe-ability it should stay looking that way unlike some paints I have had that when you try to wipe them the paint wipes off. At first the builder said he thought it was a bit expensive when i told him how much it was and him and the Labourer both said i hadn't got no where enough paint to do the whole bedroom, but there was even some left over once they'd finished. Once it was completed and my builder saw how well it covered he told me to remember the make and colour because he said I may need me to remind him as he wants to do his bedroom the same, he really loved it too! I will definitely be purchasing from this company again. I was impressed with the wooden paint stirrers that came with the paint, i thought that was a nice touch.

Excellent customer service. I placed an online order and then received an email advising me there may be a delay in receiving my order due to them being exceptionally busy and giving me an estimate of when i would receive my paint. I responded to the message asking if there was any chance they could get it to me sooner and explained i had a chance to get my decorating done free if i got the paint in time. They prioritised my order and got it out for next day delivery within the hour. I was really surprised because i didn't expect them to be able to do anything due to the time of day and i knew it didn't give them much time to pick up my response and deal with it. Felt like they pulled out the stops to make it happen and i'm really grateful and impressed with the company.

Fast delivery, the maze sunlounger is so comfy and spacious! I'm very happy with it. Glad I ordered it.
